Spoke to a lady called Donna unfortunately when your company was sending me the bracelet it broke and it was the last one!!!! I was so disappointed because it was for my sister birthday in the price range I could afford. Donna sent me some links and I picked another bracelet… to be honest when it arrived I was disappointed because does not look like the picture… but the service I received from Donna was absolutely amazing.. she is a credit to your company and it arrive the next day. First Class Service Speedy Delivery
Wanted a genuine Pandora item delivering for a friend's birthday. After reviewing several site reviews decided to use the Luxe site and wasn't disappointed. Would 100% use again without hesitation.

Easy to order, quick delivery and very happy that Luxe ship to Jersey as Pandora don't and our local Pandora cannot order in charms from the UK. All my Pandora charms will nw be supplied by Luxe. Thank you!
