If I could give a zero rating I would. As like most of the reviews on here they keep sending invoices for another 3 month charges. We paid the first one but made sure we informed them of the cancellation at the same time but they have now sent another invoice along with legal fees. This time we have told them that we are not prepared to pay as they can not provide any evidence of us signing up for a period of 12 months, this was never shown in any corresponding emails from them. We will take our chances and see what legal action is taken.

Very strict rules on canceling contracts & you will end up being invoiced forever if you do not comply. Basically this is a legitimate site with an appalling customer service which is as near to a direct scam that you will find..!!!
AVOID......

I have had the same experience as most of the people here...they keep sending me invoices about services i never used and they are threatening me with lawyers...they also don't even allow you to cancel the subscription...they are obviously running a scam but has anyone refused to pay?

The end of the current contract period is 14.09.24.

I visited this site recently and wanted to check out the cost of advertising at this site. I dod not give them my credit cards details but somehow My visit ended up in getting an invoice for a whole year advertisement!!
BE WARE BEFORE YOU APPROVE THEIR COOKIES!!!

i faced same problem of other users they are taking money like yearly and after 1 month they are saying you must pay 12 month same about several time we are writing to him to get money back they are not replying. real store is not like this expencive they are showing to people like its cheap yearly cost 179 euro after this payment they are coming with many e mails that you must pay 12 month !!! AVOID from This page !

Pure SCAM!! Same as other people here said, they have hidden renewal condition even when doing only 1 quarter agreement. They will auto renew the quarterly agreement without prior approval, warning or update, to a 1 year contract and will add fees and threat with legal action when you try to get some answer to why the agreement was renewed. Not an honest company. All they care about is how to take your money without giving support.

UPDATE: after a quarter with my machines on MachinSeeker I got only 1 lead that didn't went through, and I sold both of my machines on eBay with no listing fees and trusted buyer. So don't waste your time and effort with them, go to eBay.

Als particulier iets willen adverteren, blijkbaar een fout abonnement afgesloten, toen onmiddellijk gereageerd ( dezelfde dag) en binnen de 24 uur getelefoneerd. Willen geen enkele oplossing / tussenkomst bedenken voor deze eenmalige private verkoop. Klantnr: 540907. Dit vind ik naar een privaat pure oplichting. Niemand werkt voor niets, maar oplossing was toch niet meer als normaal.

Account is aangemaakt met mijn bedrijfsgegevens. Hier kwam ik achter toen we een factuur gestuurd werd. Gelijk actie ondernomen door het account van een ander wachtwoord te voorzien. Er is geen advertentie geplaatst en zonder ergens voor te hebben getekend dreigen ze nu met een zogenaamde verbintenis ondanks dat er niks is geplaatst en ik dit direct heb gemeld dat wij het niet zijn. We zijn zelfs bezig met de laatste week van ons bedrijf voor we met pensioen gaan. Nu bieden aan om na de eerste factuur nog maar 39 euro per maand te hoeven betalen (terwijl wij zijn gestopt) waar we een jaar aan vast zouden zitten.

Stay well clear, far too many customers are saying the same things. They have made a well oiled money making system , dont let you be their next victim.

Dit zijn echte oplichters. Je plaatst een advertentie voor 1 maal, maar ze wordt automatisch verlengd, zonder toestemming. Ze blijven facturen sturen. Ik heb een klantennummer bij hen, kreeg pakken aanmaningen van hen, maar nu lieten ze aan Trustpilot weten dat mijn slechte review waarschijnlijk vals is, want ze kennen mij niet. Iets wat ik intussen reeds weerlegd heb bij Trustpilot. Hopelijk doen zij hun werk, en plaatsen ze mijn vorige review ook terug. Ga nooit met dit bedrijf in zee, pure oplichterij!

Very dodgy website/company.
They advertise their prices per listing but even if you remove your listing they continue you charging you.
You can ask to cancel the account and they still continue charging you.
Very misleading advertisement and poor customer support.

Avoid this company. 0 results, inquiries received trough the system is trash. When asked to cancel the account, sent an invoice for a further period.

Same problem with Machineseeker as the other people! You make an advertissement for 1 period, and they send you a new invoice after the first period for a second period. I said I did t ask for that, but they keep sending invoices. Even after several mails! I would recommend everyone to avoid this company

I wouldn't normally bother to leave a review on Trustpilot but this is one of the rare occasions where I feel compelled to warn people about the conduct of a company who have provided appalling customer service and fraudulently removed funds from our company account.

We had repeatedly emailed them to cancel the (unsuccessful) online machinery sales listing we had purchased from them but they ignored all correspondence and continued to debit our credit card without our consent. When I called to complain about this their customer service manager was arrogant and rude denying that they had received any emails and saying that this was my fault for not reading their T&Cs correctly.

I explained that the contract was only due to renew that day and they had not yet removed the money from our account he became quite aggressive and stated that it was basically tough luck and they would withdraw the money in any case.

I have now reported the transaction as fraud to our bank and would strongly advise anyone against dealing with this company and take a moment to look at the multiple other complaints which I unfortunately didn’t read before employing their services.

Hi all, had same experience as all mentioned below, how do you cancel, opt out etc, I have stuff from German Solictor which greatly inflated the bill, then I have just received another invoice for January, obviously I have gad no service from them etc, has anyone just refused to pay? Is this an enforceable contract? Do they eventually go away??

I would be very wary of completing any of their forms online. I was considering using their website to sell my machine and did not even complete the process and opted out. Then I get an invoice to pay. When contacting them they agreed that many people get caught, and blamed it on older people who do not know much a bout internet. However I was advised I have no option but to pay or they will take legal action even though I have not even advertised. Just be careful before you click on anything.

Slechte ervaring met dit bedrijf. Voegt niets toe aan verkoop en is weggegooid geld. Na het opzeggen van de advertentie werd er nog een verlenging in de maag gesplitst en na herhaaldelijk contact hierover en dreigmails van hun juridische afdeling onder protest maar betaald om er van af te zijn. Kortom, ik beveel Machineseeker zeker niet aan.
