We booked a holiday with this company August 2024 and they changed our hotel to a different without informing us,just sent an email advising this. The new hotel wasnt tailored to our needs as we specifically booked the orginial for the children as it had slides. After a few days searching for a hotel with slides we found one and it was nothing compared to the one we booked, it wasn't on the beach and didn't have the swim up pools which we had paid extra for. Also the new hotel was a £1000 cheaper and the company wasn't going to reimburse us the difference,advising me that because I wanted to change the hotel again it would cover this cost, the customer service we received was disgusting we were fobbed off all the time. We ended up staying in the cyprotel hotel in faliraki and there was sewage leaking everywhere around the sun beds near the pool and the smell was fowl, the hotel was dated and the wifi didnt work. It was nowhere near the beach or resort we wanted to be. Next time we book a holiday we will use more of a reputable company not a company that rips and fobs you off.

What a lovely company to deal with 😊 After giving the dates that we could travel and where we wanted to fly from, we were given some great options and even a couple of places that we hadn’t thought of! We’ve booked to go to Turkey and I can’t wait, we got such a great deal too, I will definitely be booking again!

I booked my first holiday with Jacqui through Blue Sea Holidays earlier this year. Jacqui was polite and professional, as I was not sure about where I wanted to go Jacqui provided some excellent suggestions, I went with this and the holiday was amazing, I received value for money and the accommodation was excellent. I was so pleased I went back to Jacqui and she she provided me with another great deal.

I have just booked a holiday with blue sea holidays and it was a really smooth process. Gerald was brilliant from start to finish, he sorted my quote out for a very reasonable price. We have used Blue Sea Holidays for a number of years now & we have always found them to be courteous and accommodating. This time around we have been assisted by Blessina Jetti who helped us clear up a minor issue with our reservation. We continue use this company because we prefer to be able to speak to someone on the phone who can offer us tips and advice on our chosen holiday, as opposed to booking holidays online.
We would highly recommend this company.
