Booked ua a great holiday at a reasonable price until you come to pay in full and they have your money. Things then change we had such a bad experience costing £80 for our seats on our flight extra because we were placed seperate on the plane, then want to order a meal sandwich and 1 meal £55 each way and we have no return boarding passes have to keep calling blue sea to order or sort out the problems they cause really wanted a non hassle holiday but it's far from that. We haven't even left yet it's booked for Sept I'm dreading it when we will return home from Turkey all the extra costs are not explained and they do not ask you on your booking but have full controll so you can't do anything yourself you have to keep calling blue sea then they charge you extautionate prices put you separately on your flight so you pay extra to sit together by the time I was told come back and book your seats at blue sea flight is full. REPLY : extra leg room yes but £80 I'm not that tall, £55 for a sandwich and a breakfast each way when sandwiches are £6.50 and say £10 for bfast on flight £55 was extautionate. I sooner take my own,Not recieved boarding pass on return can't understand as I got my outbound boarding passes, plus i cant manage my own holiday I've had to keep phoning bluesea which I haven't enjoyed as our seats were seperate if you had of put us together and asked a few more questions I wouldn't of had to keep phoning.

Blue Sea Holidays absolutely amazing in particular MORGAN our travel agent who did the bookings and recommended our hotel and apartment in Turkey. He made sure he communicated everything with us. The apartment and facilities were good.

Morgan is an amazing person, always provides me with, affordable holidays, this is my 3rd booking now, Hotels and transfers have been superb. He’s so understanding and very helpful. Customer service 100% he is very clear and makes me smile every-time we talk, I don’t book my Holidays Anywhere else.

i will put official complaint on my arrival but i will not book again in my life with this company. Shown us totally different room and told us about the facilities in room and we paid extra for this room but we got shit H@@e room. Hotel don’t take any responsibility as we paid to blue sea and our agreement is with Blue sea.
Emailed 4 times on our check in day but totally ignored by Blue sea admin staff.
Molly was very sweet when she booked us but ignored all our emails.

i emailed at 2pm and got answer now at 6.30pm.
You will use the same language if you go through what we are.
i was dealing with molly and it’s her last email on my phone.
you are great but think about the journey from 1am in the morning till 12am and then you land in substandard hotel room.
room is verse than travelodge or premier inn. these room are 1000% better than you booked us and shown us different.

Molly was informative, polite, patient and efficient.

When we arrived we had issues with our room. We contacted reception, they took note of our complaints but didnt hear back from them. I emailed Love Holidays (Blue Skies) and many thanks to Blessina Jetti (Admin Assistance) who acted as a gobetween. We moved rooms and couldnt be happier.

I was looking to book a package holiday which had some complexity with group members travelling from different airports and different dates. David was very patient and went over and above to try and find the best deal which met all the requirements. Have booked a holiday with Blue Sea online and dealt with the call centre on two occasions since with some questions. getting through was quick and easy and Mario dealt with a request to book plane seats and was both helpful and professional with this. I've used Blue Sea before on a number of occasions and find them both helpful and professional in their approach. Looking forward to my holiday in November.

Hi dealt with David today and he was brilliant,after having our holiday cancelled yesterday due to the fiasco at birmingham airport he stepped up to the challenge and found us a great new holiday,he kept intouch through the whole process and made it feel easy ,will definitely use again and pass details on too others.

I find booking holidays and navigating all the emails and booking passes and transfer times etc quite stressful, but Maggie and the team Involvef with blue sea holidays were great and always there to support me through the process. We had a great time in the Blue sea hotel in Majorca. Hope to go back again one day.
