Good coverage but they make it so hard…
Good coverage but they make it so hard to claim, I feel like its on purpose.
They want documentation in such an exact format, but my dentist etc doesnt care im on a cash plan, they have the docs they have and wont change the way they do things just for me.
Ive been on two different cash plans before and they havent made it this difficult.

Quick turn around on payments some…
Quick turn around on payments some niggles. One slight niggle I have is that the chiropody allowance has not gone up in a long time. We only get £25. My actual bill now is £37 per visit. My NHS check up for my diabetes has been cancelled now. I need 2/3 visits a year. This is a huge amount for a pensioner.

I think Medicash has one of the most efficient claims system I have ever experienced. It is no-nonsense and deals with matters quickly, followed up by an email to confirm whether a claim has been processed or, if not, the reasons why. Thank you.
