Overall great service
Overall great service. One claim took a longer time as receipt details provided in past for dental work were not accepted. I was not aware/advised of any changes in requitements.

Overall avoid
Started off well in making claims but the second year all my claims have been rejected and closed for really nit picking reasons and with no chance to respond e.g said my sports masseur had to be fully qualified so wouldn't pay even though he has a masters degree and teaches sports massage!! Got this as a perk with work but my advice is just get private medical insurance and not this pointless half way house.

Typical insurance company
This company is like any other insurance company, scammer, and will do anything not to pay out.
I had a scan relating to my PCOS and they refused payout saying the scan was a pregnancy scan/fertility treatment.
Shows a real lack of understanding for medical issues as having a scan to track an underlying health issue is not a pregnancy scan and is not fertility treatment. Their argument was because there was a baby scan photo on the clinics website this indicates its pregnancy related.
The service I actually received was under general health and was a health scan and nothing to do with a pregnancy or fertility treatment.
Would not recommend and won't be using them again, my first claim submitted as encouraged by others and will be my last and it's a complete headache
