Merchant 1 Payments Avis 

I get phone calls on a weekly basis from other processors trying to get our business. Its very annoying and we get the sense they are unethical. I've dealt with many of these resellers over the past 10 years and this is the reason I stay with Merchant 1. Calvin Jacobs is very knowledgeable and provides prompt, personal and trustworthy service. Every time I email him with a question, he calls me back right away. I appreciate this.

We have been dealing with Merchant 1 for approximately 5 or 6 years now. We have never had a problem, and they have always been very helpful with any questions. Their accounting system/monthly statements are fantastic (easy to read and to follow) - There has never been an error in the last 20 plus years that we have dealt with them. The funds go into your bank account the next day - no discrepancies ever. Credit Card processing fees are the best.
The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, including the technical support, always looking out for you when you need information fast.
There is never a waiting time.

Excellent Customer Service! Merchant 1 Payments was quick, efficient and delivered exactly what they promised. The transition was seamless and they walked us through every step. I would highly recommend this company to all businesses.

We have had a few hiccups, but they seem to listen when we voice our concerns.
My biggest concern is the lag time in refunds to our customers credit cards. Everything else I am happy with, we get fast solutions to inquiries we have.

Merchant 1 Payments have been amazing to deal with. Personal cell number was given if I ever needed extra support and they answer! Most companies scam and lie to you by promising ‘best rates’ when They are actually not. Once I realize I was lied too I tried to cancel and was told I was locked into a contract that I had to pay hundreds of dollars to get out of! Merchant 1 Payments does not have any cancellation fees and they are 100% above board. Highly recommended!
