The bike was every thing that was promised

Im very satisfied with my Ebike purchase and the delivery to rural South Australia was on time and as promised.

The bike itself is really well made and engineered for the money !
Gear changes are smooth and the battery and power of this bike just leave you smiling .

Assembly was so much fun and I cant fault it at all to be honest ..

I have noticed tho that the 26" x 3" tyre size is quite difficult to source if you want upgrade to heavy duty thorn proof tubes and tyres....as where I reside we are plagued with Caltrop thorns .

Im hoping that the Samsung battery will sustain plenty of charges into the future as time will tell.
All in all Im a very happy customer and Ill likely purchase another one soon for my daughter this time .

I can’t wait for my bike to arrive. If it is half as good as the service I received when I was enquiring about the bike, it will be a ripper! Megan was very patient with all my queries and talked me through all I needed to know about these bikes.
I am very excited to get on board and get out there with my new S700 dual motor Merkx electric bike.

The lever for the seven speed gear was broken in transit - pretty flimsy plastic.

The manual is very general eg when trying to remove/change the speed limit.

Delivery was prompt.

My bike order arrived within a week, the accessories arrived 3 days later (shipped from overseas). I was kept up to date with my order by email & text by Merkz as tracking app is mediocre at best. The actual products are of a higher standard than you would expect them to be considering The price point. Very happy with my purchase & quality of products.

I took control of this bike 2 days ago Putting together was very good and to set up as I required needed some help from youth but now all complete and great The equipment is very well made and sure the bike will be really great This 78 year old is going to have a great time with this bike
