Patient & Great Support
We moved our domains and hosting over from an overseas company because we wanted to be local. Local support, local sales, local accounts. I had Vincent helping me out and he was attentive, helpful and made a stressful experience so much easier. Very grateful for the support and 'humanness' to the experience. Thank you.

Customer support is great
Customer support is great. Just found it a bit confusing the whole web domain thing cpanel, didn't know what was what. got stumped on reseting password as well. Chose Micron21 because they are local, Victoria, Australia

Perfect - could not speak of more highly

Excellent customer service support
Micron host a site I’m using, and it had a conflict and went down. Despite not having a support plan, I was able to get friendly professional assistance from the tech staff to sort it out
For clarity, I was given helpful assistance within the scope of our hosting and could not have been happier with the experience
