Unnecessary reminders
Only one issue.
I constantly get reminders for upcoming payment deadlines when all my payments are st to auto pay.
This is VERY FRUSTRATING and leads me to ignore most correspondence from Micron21. Which probably means I miss emails that I ACTUALLY NEED TO READ.
Are you able to send me only emails that relate to important business matters please?
ie: Can you please stop sending reminders for payments which I took the trouble to set up specifically TO PAY MICRON21 ON TIME - EVERY TIME!

Micron 21 is to be commended for its customer service. I did have some trouble forwarding my domain names, but everything is fine. Best price for .au domain names.

Great support. Super-fast servers.
Have been using Micron21 for a few years now and rate them 10/10.
Prior to switching over to them, providing hosting to my website clients was just a nuisance factor I had to 'bolt-on' to my website design/development services.
Different story with Micron21. Their support team respond in a timely and respectful manner and their servers are the fastest I've hosted sites on which improves my end product.
The fact Micron21 (and their data centre) based in Australia (Melbourne) contributes to the speed and data security for Australian-based users.
Micron21 have been one of my great finds over the last 15+ years of being involved in websites/IT.
