Micron21 are super prompt with all their services and help. I've been with them for a few years now and I'm always impressed with how quickly they answer your help requests and get your issues sorted out.
The people you deal with are actual technicians that know what they are talking about and their language is clear, consise and and easy to understand. They are definitely not just tele-help people following scripts that are so ubiquitous these days.
Micron21 are also very reasonably priced!

Quick 24/7 Support
Needed to contact support to add a DS Record to my domain. A little disappointing that you can't do this through the dashboard, but you only do it once and everything was set up in around 2 hours start to finish (impressive especially since it was well after hours)

I am very happy with the service and support I have had from Micron 21, I have called the tech service team on a range of issues and they are always kind and helpful, particularly as I am not an IT person and probably ask some dumb questions. They have resolved every issue I have had and always check back with me to make sure that my problem is resolved.
