Our experience with Micron21 so far has been very positive. The support team are very responsive and quick to answer our questions. We currently use their services for domain hosting and would definitely be happy in engaging Micron21 for other web services in the future for supporting our marketing agency.

Exceptional Customer Service
Denz, the agent was very patient with me given my lack of clear knowledge with IT. He explained everything in such a way that the info was clearly understood. Denz also navigated me around their website, so I knew where to go later on to set up emails etc. Very knowledgeable. Exceptional customer service.

Micron21's support is excellent
Micron21's support is excellent. They responded quickly, helpfully and on-target. They understood the issue, and provided accurate responses. This was a very complex and obscure problem, yet it was solved in two interactions. This was only possible thanks to their intelligent and generous assistance.
