Why would you discontinue one of the best things you were selling! The inkjet series of scented candles were SUPERIOR! I miss 'Apple sake' so SO much. Never loved a candle fragrance more. Extremely sad and disappointed. Bring it back if you can, please.
(The new fragrances are no match to the old ones.)

No customer service on the weekends, and their products don't even work properly.

Everything of this company products is low quality things.

The employee was not friendly at all. She did not make an effort in trying to obtain my information for my rewards program. She was not friendly at all and did not even smile at me while I encountered her in the aisles while shopping.

Please note that this was at the Vaughan Mills location. Shopping between 4 to 5pm.

Please do not buy battery operated devices from MINISO.
They do not check the product as they do not keep batteries in store and they have a Do not refund policy.
Pathetic customer service

I purchased a Plush soft toy online from Miniso Melbourne, Australia. The item sent to me was covered in a grease like substance that will not wipe off. I contacted their customer service department and was offered a vague apology and then was advised to "put it in the wash or wipe it with a damp cloth". No offer of a refund or to have another item sent to me as a replacement. They sold me a dirty, used looking soft toy and then expected me to simply wash it! I told them this was not good enough at all and now they will not return my calls or respond to my emails. Terrible customer service and I will never buy from this business again. Avoid at all costs.

Product was overpriced, never arrived, and had no help from customer support. Wouldn’t recommend!

I bought a defective headphone in Miniso Square One in Canada, as i was trying to exchange it with other similar item or a refund, the manager told me that they have this no return and no exchange policy unless it is a manufacturing defect. I told him that is a defective one and a customer has right to return it within seven days from the date of purchase. They finally allow the exchange only after i unintentionally raised my voice. Do not purchase any electronic products on this store because they will give you hard time returning it. The amount maybe too small but it is the exercise of that right that matters.

I wanted a mouse, so I went too Miniso to get one and I saw a cool rgb mouse and I bought it for 10 dollars. when I started to use it; the mouse was hard to click, and it made screeching noises when I clicked the left button. I do not recommend buying digital products from Miniso.

I wanted a headset so I went to Miniso and asked an employee for headphone/headset for my ps4
He recommended me to take the most expensive headset and it said that it works for ps4 but it was not supported for ps4 Miniso pak rating 0 star but no option for 0 star so 1 star

If you think that you get cheated as a customer, you ought to try working for them!

There's a reason why they have such a huge turn over rate; they take advantage of their employees, and get shocked when everyone quits. They over work their staff, send demand more with no pay increase.

As a former manager of a location, I'm telling you all: AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Hey, guys, be careful! One thing I don't understand or feel confused is, this is a Chinese brand (origin country is China). However, the brand logo shows English and Japanese. Seriously? I feel it potentially delivers misguided information to customers to a large extent. It means I bought some products that I thoughts they are from a Japanese brand, but they are not. I feel I was cheated!!! It is a lie to the UK customers, it is scam. Shame on it!!!

It was my first experience of shopping at MINISO City Centre Mall Rohini. I purchased goods and paid rs 1410/ as demanded by the person on cash counter through Gpay. I couldn't cross check details of the bill at that time as I was in hurry. But later when I cross checked, I was shocked to see that net bill amount was 1260/ after discount of rs150/. I tried contacting them on both the numbers printed on the bill but of no use. I wrote an email to MINISO and still waiting for their reply. It was very disappointing and I felt myself cheated though the amount wasn't big.

I bought a power bank and in less than 2 weeks in no longer works! Crappy product. If there was an option to rate the store and product a 0, I would.

Online order, 2 sets of mugs. 12 days without being even shipped, no updates. Multiple emails with zero response.

No customer service, order disappeared into thin air, no refund in sight.

Edit: Finally got my Item a month after ordering. but i ordered 2. and the one i ordered was broken. Customer Service replied to my email, asking for photos, then has ghosted me ever since. Its been a week since i've 'recieved' my item.

As far as their online store experience goes 0/5 stars.

Cheats, liars, frauds. They keep writing Japan as if it’s made in Japan. It’s a Chinese company selling cheap Chinese goods packaged as Japanese.
Be careful when you pick up any item, if it breaks even for its bad quality they ask you to pay. If they do so, ask them to call the police, they wouldn’t dare.

Don’t ever buy from miniso

It’s insane that this store doesn’t do exchange even if I bought the item literally a minute ago. With receipts and items well packaged. The staff will just say it’s company policy. Stupid company policy. Your items are not like super cheap, I can’t understand why you can’t do exchanges!
