I spoke to Simon originally who was so understanding and kind, then on delivery day, driver was nice and early explained everything showed me how to use my scooter and was very tolerant when I had to call my daughter to watch as my memory not good can't praise them enough. Thank you

Simon was really helpful and pleasant to deal with, he explained everything in detail and in layman's terms so that I understood exactly what was required of me. My scooter was delivered on the day as promised and the delivery person was fantastic in explaining everything that I had to do to use my scooter accordingly.

It is no longer enough for a person to be dependent on a mobility scooter, these companies still come to sell scooters with these terms and conditions, but when it comes to receiving the money, there are no terms and conditions, this is a lack of respect for those who need to leave home to go to the doctor and etc and you can't because you have to wait until they decide to come repair it, if they're busy with a lot of work or not, it's not the customer's fault, and then they send me an email to delete Rate your recent experience

Quick an simple contact over the phone. Everything was explained clearly and my order was placed. My scooter was delivered to my house on 5th January as promised and the representative walked me through the operation of the scooter. All in all, it was a pleasant experience and I do not hesitate to recommend Mobility Connect Ltd.

Had kymco Kline scooter since August 2022 became unusable in November 2022 I have phoned and emailed numerous times to be told someone from the service department will contact me within 3 days. Quick enough to take money no help afterwards.

I couldn’t be happier with the service I was given! I received my scooter within the week of ordering, everything was clear and upfront no hidden costs, no fuss, all questions answered couldn’t be happier.

Would of been 5 stars if not for an error at the beginning that ended with the wrong scooter being delivered, However it was quickly rectified and i was treated with utmost respect by all company employees. Not a fan of your answering service though, wish i could of talked to someone immediately, it would of saved me 24 hours of worry.

Had previous problems but it was suppliers who were at fault for nearly 6 months we cannot use our Sport Rider but Mobility Connect have chased this up, in respect to new Scooters to honest I wouldn’t use another Company, I am getting to know the Staff in Office and mobile Staff , this is my 4th Scooter and Nick and staff keep you posted on all developments with your Scooter order and Staff will walk you through your new Scooter

Absolutely amazing. Best service I've received ever. This is my 1st mobility scooter and the process has been absolutely fantastic and easy from start to delivery. Kane the delivery guy was fantastic sorted the demo and paperwork and his knowledge was really good and helpful. Thanks bud. Love my new scooter was a bit dubious about getting one only being 47 but hips and spine dont wanna play ball so need something as cant walk far and fall often this has given me freedom if that makes sense.

Good all round service bit disappointed with the description of my scooter says 25 mile range but also looking further find it says 32 km so goes about 20 miles for me that's a big 5 miles difference the description needs amending

This the first time I have brought a new scooter with this company and more then happy with service have received
