The engineer was friendly and professional. Chris answered any questions I asked , showing very good knowledge and was helpful in the instruction.

My Green Power mobility scooter had an annual service today which was carried out by Green Power. Their engineer (John) was very polite and professional with a good sense of humour. John road tested my scooter first and then checked every part of it before road testing again. A very thorough job. Thank you.
It was a pleasure to meet him.

Chris the service engineer was very through in all the explanations and showed me everything that came with my scooter. He couldn't have done anymore than he did. Would highly recommend him as he was very polite and courteous and was very knowledgeable.

Bought a jh500 lately after owning a 2nd hand fastest scooter. Had a problem with my jh500 not running. So I've waited just over a week for a engineer to visit to take a look at the scooter and along came Chris he literally sorted the problem out and shared his knowledge on and about my scooter which I really appreciated 10/10 for customer service and able to sort out the issue he was faced with

Just had the first fault of any kind on my falcon scooter repaired after three and a half years of happy travelling. While here the engineer also gave my scooter a good look over and reported everything working perfectly. Thank you Dale and Green Power for a quick effective service.

My first contact was at the factory in Stockton we saw Liam (I hope I’ve remembered his name correctly he was young with lovely red hair and a beard). He was just great v patient with me explaining all about the BZ500 I was interested in so good we bought one 😊. I couldn’t believe how quickly delivery was organised it was great on the day Paul (lad from the North East 😊) arrived so quickly and absolutely nothing was too much trouble for him he explained all about my new scooter showed me how everything worked and how to unlock everything, he also confirmed my extras lithium battery, solid tyres, 3 year warranty & the additional key and remote controller ( which Liam had added for free bless him) . Paul made sure ever was in order I was happy with my scooter and answered all of my questions. I’m a very lucky lady to have had this 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐service from beginning to end Thank you both so much and also I met another girlie in Stockton who also greeted me with a smile and told me about the BZ500 too Thank you to you all you have this girlie v v happy 😃

From ordering to being delivered i was kept updated ever step of the way. I was given a clear delivery time and a lovely Gordie called CHRIS delivered my new scooter, he did all the security checks to make sure I was the person who ordered the scooter and then proceeded to explain how everything worked, from the lights, speed, storage, batteries, charger and alarm. Chris waited for me to have ago on the scooter and make sure I was happy with everything.
Chris went through all the paperwork and even offered me insurance, but I declined that as I had already purchased it with the scooter. All in all I am very pleased with the whole process and efficiency of Green Power and a special thanks to Chris xx

Apart from excellent customer service the ZT500 mobility scooter is a first class bit of kit. It is truly comprehensive with straightforward controls and quite a looker. Vg value for money. Driver Paul phoned ahead and explained everything on arrival. Couldn't be more pleased.

Great experience while ordering , i made i slight error with my holiday dates so had to changed the delivery and they worked round me , great team all round ... had it delivered today by paul , was a great down to earth bloke and showed us everything we needed to see .... so keep up the good work and also many thanks for making life easier for my wife

I have twice ordered a scooter from this company, firstly the delivery was not as planned and so ordered again, explained was on holiday at end of August and given them several dates in September when would be able to accept delivery. They do nothing to accommodate peoples work or personnel life think that a day or two is adequate. Having been back off holiday for 3 weeks have not heard anything and don't have my scooter. Everything revolves around them, there customer service is non existent and all they do is waste customers times. It is one day and a whole day you have to be available, or don't deliver. I have asked them for 2-3 options and never answer. I don't expect to ever see my scooter. When have work commitments and elderly parents it is not easy do drop everything to accommodate them!

Chris was on time with our delivery very knowledgeable and helped my Dad get to grips with his new scooter. Thank you
