Would have been nice to have actually received my order. A week after ordering online, I chased them up for a despatch date, two days later after no response I requested that they cancel the order, but then, coincidentally, the order was despatched! Evri had the order. After three days, Evri decided it was too big and needed a specialist courier service. After a week, Evri are in the process of returning the order back to MIP as I was able to get a refund from PayPal. Frustrating slow and. Lack of communication.

Beautiful boots received unfortunately did not fit but it was easy and simple to return and customer service were helpful and informative throughout.

I love the boots, very stylish & comfy & a great bargain.There was an Evri delivery issue, I never received the original order but once I contacted Moda In Pelle customer service, a replacement was quickly dispatched.

Extortionate return! I wish I had considered the return policy before purchasing. I ordered four pairs of boots (2 styles x 2 sizes). Unfortunately none were comfortable. It cost me £18 to return them. There is no store in Scotland where I could have returned them. For this reason I would not purchase from M in P again as other online sellers have much more favourable returns

Unfortunately I have had yet another poor experience with this company.
I can’t fault the quality of the footwear but the customer service completely lets this company down.
I now have 8 shoes/ boots that I have purchased and I continue to shop with them on line as I love the products.
My experience with the customer service side of the business however has been frustrating.
My latest experience involved the return of an item which was unfortunately not suitable. Their return policy is that you have to pay for returns which I completely accept and understand.
I returned the boots, paid for the postage and waited for the money to go back into my account. They returned the money paid minus the postage. I emailed them to explain that I had already paid and therefore should have a full refund but to date they have ignored my email, however I can’t say that I’m surprised due to my previous experiences!
I would advise any potential customers to be aware that dealing with this company is not without risk, great if your purchase works out as the footwear is lovely but any issues encountered are frustrating to resolve.
The issue with the customer service could easily be resolved with the correct management.

Beautiful shoes quality materials but thats where it ends. Painfully slow,shocking refunds process. Returned my item in December and received refund notification this week.nearly two months wait. Better buying from QVC and get your refund in a matter of days!

I purchased a pair of trainers in November and sadly one of the zips wouldn't stay done up which became incredibly frustrating.
I contacted customer services with pictures and proof of purchase and I was provided with the option of a replacement pair of trainers or credit on account for a future purchase.

It cost over £10 to return shoes which only cost £50 in the first place! An absolute rip off. The shoes I ordered were too big, I would have been happy to order the smaller size but didn't want to risk forking out another £10 if they weren't right. 1 lost customer!

Terrible company. I ordered a pair of loafers, which arrived damaged. I contacted MIP and returned the shoes via Evri. I have still not received my refund. The tracking showed that they were returned on the 7th February. I emailed MIP and they stated they haven’t received the shoes yet! I have sent screenshots proving the return, with the tracking information etc and now they are simply ignoring my emails.
Disgusting company and I will be contacting Trading Standards.

I ordered a pair of 'leather' boots which were very poor quality faux leather, despite being over £100 full price. Disappointed, I completed the refund form and posted the item back recorded delivery (requiring signature on receipt). It has now been 2weeks, 3 contact emails sent via various platforms and nothing heard back from the company regarding getting my money back. Would never use this company again.

Shocking customer service. I returned an item. No refund within the 10 day timeframe. No online chat available. Phone calls unanswered despite being within their advertised hours. No answers to my emails or their completed online contact form. Very concerning.

Every interaction I have had with Moda and Pelle's customer service team has been exemplary. They go the extra mlle to resolve any issues. Their online and delivery service is slick and seamless and I'd highly recommend their shoes too! Stylish, comfortable and great quality.

I returned a pair of boots, which were delivered to Moda in Pelle on 26th January. I was promised a refund would reach my bank account on 9th February but it was not made. I have tried to contact them by phone but no one is available, I have sent emails but they take ages to answer. I will Never but from them again. Very poor customer service

I bought a pair of ankle boots which turned out to be faulty. I contacted Moda in Pelle and sent in photos showing significant fading to the fabric. I was initially offered an exchange or credit note but my request for a refund was subsequently honoured. I am happy with the service and the outcome.

Customer service is appalling. Been waiting over 12 days for a refund, They take payment quick enough, but don't refund .They recieved my returns on the 29th January and I am still waiting for my refund. I do not recommend buying their shoes or boots online.

Had to return order due to fault. Used Evri service as instructed. Although I sent proof of posting to Moda, they would not initiate a refund until the item reached the warehouse. Nearly two months later the refund has not yet reached my account.
