Poor delivery it took nearly 2 weeks to…
Poor delivery it took nearly 2 weeks to get here and no communication or tracking. When I did e-mail Moda in Pelle it took 1 week to response to that.
The Returns process is also not very user friendly and very dated, needing paperwork and having to write your own label to take to the post office.

Efficient ordering system
Efficient ordering system. I am very happy with both pairs of sandals that I ordered. Delivery was by Evri who are notoriously bad, however I was able to redirect my delivery to a collection point.

Nearly £10.00 to return shoes that didnt fit.
Shoes were so much bigger than any others I own in the same size from various different brands.
I paid for packaging, travel to a post office and over £7.00 in postal fees to return them, recorded delivery, as Moda In Pelle recommended .
No shoes but cost me nearly £10.00!!!
Would not recommend and would not order again.
