Very disappointed as lovely shoes!
My second attempt to buy shoes on line from Moda in Pelle and I shalln't be doing it again! Having already returned 2 pairs of shoes because they were too small ( I am usually a size 6.5 and had ordered both a 6 and a 7 for size). Neither fitted. I then ordered a size 8 (for the first time in my life!). The shoes were slightly large, but more frustrating - a design fault meant that the strap was too short, and even on the last hole, the strap ended up tight across the back of the ankle. What a performance to have to return these too... and all at my own cost. Such a shame as the shoe style is beautiful and the leather is really good quality - soft and comfortable.

Beautiful sandals that look great
Beautiful sandals that look great. They were comfy from the first moment I put them on. I wore them every day on my holiday in Austria and I’ll be wearing them again soon. They are very well made. I bought another pair, this time gladiator sandals and they are gorgeous and a perfect fit. I’m really impressed and will buy again from them.

Wrong item sent. Process to receive return instructions and refund is taking too long when the error was at your end. Tried calling but had to wait 8 minutes to reach a person who simply said to use the customer service address. Disappointing. I have used moda in pelle a number of times in the past.

I mistakenly duplicated my order and…
I mistakenly duplicated my order and noticed it immediately. I contacted you to rectify this mistake, however your response was so slow that both orders arrived. I am now having difficulty returning them. Your website advised me I could return via Frasers store in Glasgow, which is 14 miles from my home address. When I arrived in store I was told they no longer stock Moda in Pelle and cannot accept my return. I wasted my time and £6.50 on a train ticket. Now I have to wait until you respond to my email to arrange this return as the item doesn’t fit. The return system is poor.

I love Moda shoes for the quality, style and comfort. Unfortunately I had to return this pair because although I ordered my usual size, this pair was way too small. I am so disappointed. Awaiting a refund.

It's a very uncomfortable experience for my hands.

Nice sandles but ended up with blisters…
Nice sandles but ended up with blisters on toes they rub and so uncomfortable will not be able to wear again really disappointed as usually there boots sandles and trainers are comfortable my toe is cut deeply with a really bad blister

Beautiful and good quality sandals. Real leather upper and inner sole with comfortable cushioned feel. Highly recommend, although it would be nice to have a wide fit option in more styles.
