Great Shoes
Excellent choice of styles in the sale for my size. Sizes are always reliable year on year and style on style unlike other retailers. These are great quality shoes well made and eye catching. Customer service is excellent.

Trainer are great
Trainer are great, delivery really prompt. Just not sure of sizing, seem to be smaller, so ordered next size up to try both. Shame on return postage cost!

Essana black suede loafers
I ordered a pair of Essana black suede loafers, they came but were faulty. I sent emails and pictures and they asked me to return them for a replacement pair.
I returned them a week ago and I’ve had no replacement or any update from moda in pelle.
I’m disappointed as I really like their shoes, I would give 5 stars for the shoes but as I feel in limbo so only 2 stars.
hopefully they’ll turn up this week!

A severe buying risk.
I received shoes in the box with a previous customers complaint returned paperwork also inside. I agreed with her that the shoes were faulty and returned via Evri as directed by Moda in Pele. I have not received a refund even though the shoes were untouched, sent numerous photos and emails but no reply since July 19th Unable to contact them by phone and constantly being given another ticket no: I have been forced to contact my credit card company to get my refund. Moda in pele is in severe financial difficulties and I wouldn’t go near them now as the risks are too numerous.

Delivery delay
Have not yet received my items ordered on 25/8/26 so cannot review the items. Evri have said parcel received by them but as yet no delivery date provided as of 5/9/26.
