Next day delivery only means estimated!
I ordered trainers with next-day delivery, but received a notification the next day saying they were delayed until the following working day. The courier then gave me a one-hour delivery window, so I arranged for a friend to wait at my house, only for the delivery to arrive three hours later. I also contacted customer services on Friday and didn’t receive a reply until the following Thursday.
They did refund the next-day delivery charge, which I appreciate, but overall it was a very disappointing and frustrating experience.

Couldn't believe when my favourite shoes were in the sale with an extra discount. Had purchased the similar style but in a cream shade 2 years ago and was very happy to find that it was still available but in white. Very happy indeed. The quality of the lever is exceptional, would happily recommend 🌞

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. I sent back faulty shoes and am still waiting for a refund. They do not answer calls or emails. I am going to have to raise an issue with the credit card company now as Moda In Pelle are attempting to steal my money.
