Problems with delivery and when finally…
Problems with delivery and when finally received the carpet, two rolls were damaged. Carpet fitter saved the day by cutting out the bad bits. However MoreForYour Floor were anxious to put things right and apologetic that things did not quite go to plan this time. They insisted that they should compensate me for all the difficulties which is a nice touch. Product is great value for money anyway and I have no hesitation in using them next time. Thanks Guys!

Whilst all of our orders are briefly checked during the cutting process in our warehouse, on rare occasions things can be missed.
We do ask customers to also check items upon delivery prior to cutting or fitting. If something does go wrong, if we are notified at this point, we will always attempt to offer a free collection and replacement.
We will pass your comments through to our Customer Service team to thoroughly investigate and re-visit.

Excellent experience I ordered a carpet through eBay it arrived within a few days straight to my door, once put down a lovely carpet at an exceptional price, was a bit nervous as always been to carpet shop but will definitely buy again simple and convenient plus excellent customer service
