I had two carpet deliveries and both were within 24 hours of my order. The comminications was also good. I asked a number of questions before I made my purchases and all my messages were really quickly answered. The carpet is really nice and the price was much cheaper than the high street.

Réponse de More For Your Floor
Hi Wayne
Thank you for the review, we do apologise if there's an issue with your order.
We can see that we sent you this review invite a couple of months ago after you purchased from our store in mid March 2020. I have just searched your email address and postcode in our system and I cannot see a recent order after this, I can also see that positive feedback was left for the March purchase on our eBay store.
Are you able to pop through an email to us on info@moreforyourfloor.co.uk referencing this Trustpilot review so we can check on this for you?
Regarding our phone lines. Unfortunately we are unable to take calls at present as staff are all working from home due to COVID-19. However we are working through emails very quickly and we're getting back to people within 1 day currently.
We hope to hear from you soon and once again we apologise if there's been an issue here, we're looking forward to helping.
We do hope you, your friends and family are staying safe in these unprecedented times.
Kind Regards
James

Great looking grsss
Put the grass down on Sunday and it looks great, even with it being an inexpensive grass it still looks the part. If I ever need more or know someone looking for artificial grass, I will definitely recommend you.
