I have really enjoyed being part of the MoveGB team. There is a variety of activities available to try and the staff are ALWAYS helpful, friendly and courteous. I would recommend MoveGB to anyone.

There are so many different activities and venues to try out. The number increases weekly. I really like the dance classes. The subscription compares well to membership of gyms etc especially the variety of choice.
I contacted Customer Services recently as I had a query with my membership in these Covid times. They were able to resolve this to my satisfaction. Thank you.

I had a missed booking for my gym session on 1st October (a fault with the gym venue I believe) but the MoveGB team were able to fix it easily. To me this was really important as I'm trying to do the October challenge.

I’ve been using MoveGB for years. It has been a fenomenal tool for me to get into a healthy exercise routine. I had the opportunity to try many different classes, meeting lots of people and finding what is right for me. I had benefits for my loyalty (which is a nice add-up) and whenever I have had an issue, the customer service has been exceptional. I don’t get tired of recommending it to my friends.

Had a couple of issues booking in with a local gym but MoveGB were great about it all and contacted me to sort everything out. Really made me feel valued as a member. 5* customer service!!

I've worked with MoveGB for years now and I can't recommend them enough. As a fitness provider they've helped me reach a wider audience and are always sending new people to my classes. They are always very friendly, approachable helpful and just a great bunch to work with!

Not used membership due to covid. Unfortunately my classes have stopped they offered me to freeze my membership for another 3 months with option of longer if needed.

I love MoveGB. It is really good value, it allows me to access a wide range of classes and the live-streamed classes are a real boon during the pandemic restrictions. I will continue to use them in the future, especially when away from home. Queries are always dealt with courteously and efficiently on the phone by friendly staff.

I had a payment query and the customer support team replied quite quickly despite the Covid situation. They were extremely polite and helped me resolve my issue efficiently.

From an instructor's point of view, working with MOVE GB is a dream. I have previously worked with other service providers and have NOT had the same care, attention to detail or level of response. All of the agents are knowledgeable, personable and extremely helpful.
I can not recommend Move GB highly enough.
