Great response to spare part request. Sent out to me without delay.

I purchased several packs of seeds but one contained only weeds which I did not realise until it was too late to replace.
How can this happen? It has completely messed me up and I have lost a year in preparation of my new landscape.

I bought several Darlac items in the sale. I received my parcel quickly and it was well packed. The tools were superb value and I am delighted with them and with the efficient service from Mr Fothergills. I have bought a few Darlac loppers etc over the years and they are well made and have given sturdy service so I hope these will be the same. Likewise I have ordered many times from Fothergills, mainly seeds before, and never had any problems. Very pleased. Recommended companies.

Ordered a greenhouse which was discounted and a really great bargain. After 5 days received email to say the price was an error and my order had been cancelled and I would receive a refund. Why did it take 5 days to tell me this and how long til I get my refund. I suspect many people were ordering the greenhouse at the discounted price so they decided to put the price back up. I wouldn't trust this company

Surprised to find even more than I needed! Simple ordering, easy to pay and quicker delivery than expected! The sale prices were very good, plus an extra summer code was accepted too! Being lefthander, I also treated myself to LH secateurs! ......oh and free delivery too.

One item not available and another took over a month to come and then loose and upside in packaging, the soil was out of the pot.

You replied promptly with useful information. You sent the parts which arrived, free of charge, within a couple of days. You answered my second query promptly and sent the correct item, again without charge, which enabled me to reassemble my extended pole. You have a customer service dept which must be the envy of other organisations these days - Thank you

All items where well discribed, sold at a fair price, well packaged and arrived in good time. All I have to do now is wait for spring to use them.

I still have not received the pair of garden loppers i ordered from you on the 27/7/26. I have had an email from Evri saying they are expecting the item but the email is still the same they are waiting for the parcel to arrive at there depo. Also i have sent an email to you and had no reply back from you. I will put this in the hands of paypal now as i am fed up waiting i will not be ordering any other items from you in the future, i am more annoyed the fact my email has no reply from you explaining what the delay is. Sunflower seeds did not work, asked for replacement pack, told some had been sent, after four weeks asked again, still no seeds, posted a public review - surprise surprise, replacement seeds sent. I would not use a company that waits for bad reviews to action requests.
