At Mr Fothergill's our aim is to provide a product range for all your gardening needs from flower and vegetable seed to young plants, potatoes, onions, garlic, shallots, veg plants soft fruit and fruit trees. We are sure that from the amateur to the enthusiast there is something to meet your requirements. We genuinely care for our customers and insist that the quality of all our seeds and plants and level of customer service are of the highest standards. However we are only human and very occasionally things do go wrong, but please rest assured, we will always do our very best to put things right. Should you be dissatisfied for any reason, we will gladly send replacements or refund the purchase price upon request. (Our contact lines are currently open 8am-6pm weekdays, 9am-5pm weekends and bank holidays)

Sunflower seeds did not work, asked for replacement pack, told some had been sent, after four weeks asked again, still no seeds, posted a public review - surprise surprise, replacement seeds sent. I would not use a company that waits for bad reviews to action requests.

Top notch prompt after-sales service
When a small item on our gardening tool needed to be replaced, Mr Fothergill was right there to help. Promptly and efficiently, the part was posted to us within a couple of days and all is back to normal....that's what we call service!

Excellent service
Easy website to find items and whole ordering and delivery process was seamless. Received an email at every stage of the journey and also given a 2 hour delivery slot on the arrival day. Easy to change delivery if required.

I nearly did not bother because I would usually not order from companies who do not clearly publish an address and phone number so had to check contact details first. As it turned out, all was well.
