At Mr Fothergill's our aim is to provide a product range for all your gardening needs from flower and vegetable seed to young plants, potatoes, onions, garlic, shallots, veg plants soft fruit and fruit trees. We are sure that from the amateur to the enthusiast there is something to meet your requirements. We genuinely care for our customers and insist that the quality of all our seeds and plants and level of customer service are of the highest standards. However we are only human and very occasionally things do go wrong, but please rest assured, we will always do our very best to put things right. Should you be dissatisfied for any reason, we will gladly send replacements or refund the purchase price upon request. (Our contact lines are currently open 8am-6pm weekdays, 9am-5pm weekends and bank holidays)

Bulbs and corms no good in the sale.
I ordered nematodes which I think are working in the garden, there are a few slugs but not as many. I also ordered South Afican Gladiolis bulbs in the sale to negate the delivery charge, they have come up but they are all blind. They have been distributed to family too and they have also come up blind in their gardens. The anaome seeds corms have not come up. A real shame for the money you spend. I wouldn't purchase from them again.

Possibly some room for improvement??
It seems that the delivery details always arrive before I know what I’m getting making it difficult to pre prepare the ground
I felt this year the plants already looked tired and dried out appreciate the weather hasn’t helped but maybe revised packing which is damp proof and therefore water the plants before despatch might help ?

Broccoli Plants distressed on arrival (yellow leaves). Gave lots of water and planted next day. 7 out of 10 now dead and last three only just hanging in.

I lost my brother very recently and…
I lost my brother very recently and there was a request for no flowers so I kept looking for a flower called Kelvin
You had some plants it was too late for tubers .
I ordered Dahlias called Flood light Kelvin.
They were delivered to my house and I was able to plang them with my sister in law after the funeral .
Waiting to order some more plants when they are available .

The plants were OK
The plants were OK, unfortunately the salvia was damaged by packing but use the broken part as a cutting. Hopefully it will root.
