Very professional team.
Great job, Brad, Stephan & Marco.
The guys arrived spot on time as arranged, told us exactly what was about to be done and the results to expect.
They moved all the furniture and set about their work without delay.
They didn't stop until they could put our bed back so we could sleep that night.
The next morning back they came spot on time and started on the last two rooms.
The house has been transformed and we are proud to open the front door again.
Thank you guys for a very professional and pleasant experience.
We can heartily recommend Brad and his team, they do what it says on the tin.

Very impressed
I was told I would be impressed and the floor would look like new and that is absolutely true on both counts! I love the result.
When I was getting quotes for the job, Mr Sander was the only company to book a viewing of the space and the floor.
Ivan arrived on time, explained the whole process and answered all my questions and concerns. Communication was excellent and he even picked up and dropped the keys to my house.
I would high recommend Ivan to anyone living around Crystal Palace - a 10 on the satisfaction scale.

Great job, nice people and good price
Our experience with Mr Sander was perfect from start to finish. Always communicative and honest with their feedback. Ivan done a great job in our home downstairs and went out of his way to help us with any structural issue we had encountered. The work was done fast and the quote given was a decent price. I didn’t actually use them but …
Their website quotes pricing for sanding and varnishing as “from £24 per sq metre”. The quote they gave me was around £57 per sq metre. When i queried the difference i was told the lower price was for larger scale commercial work. So I didnt use them.

To begin, I must respectfully note that your review—stating you “didn’t actually use them”—is accurate in that we didn’t proceed with your project, but it doesn’t fully reflect the efforts we made on your behalf. We reached out to you multiple times, arranged a free visit to your property, and carefully assessed your needs. We measured your space (correcting your initial 90 square metre estimate to 79 square metres in your favour), discussed logistics, and offered tailored solutions—including both full-service and DIY options—to suit your preferences. All of this was provided at no cost or obligation, as is our standard practice.
Regarding the pricing, our website lists “from £24 per square metre” as a starting point for larger-scale commercial projects, which we’re upfront about when circumstances differ. Your quote of £57 per square metre reflected the specific complexities of your job—working around furniture, staging the work across multiple visits, and allowing for drying times—which we explained in detail during our conversations. We’re confident this rate remains competitive for the bespoke service offered, but we understand it may not have aligned with your budget. Ultimately, you chose a different path, which we respect, though it’s disappointing that this has resulted in a review suggesting a lack of transparency when we strove to be anything but.
Martin, we’re not in the business of pressuring clients or cutting corners—our goal is to deliver exceptional value and quality. Despite your decision not to proceed, we contacted you repeatedly to ensure you had every opportunity to explore our proposals. That we’ve ended up with no work and a review that feels a tad off the mark is a shame, but your perspective matters to us. Contacted Mr Sander via their website and quickly got a text from Brad who arranged an initial visit the next day. The quote was about the same as another supplier, so I went with it. He came with the team and equipment the following Monday and the job was done by midday Tuesday. I'd been thinking I might need to replace my flat's engineered wood floors, but Brad and the team made them look almost as good as new - there were some quite bad scratches and black stains but theyre all gone. Thank you!

I called this guys to redo an old oak…
I called this guys to redo an old oak floor at my cafe. I asked them if they could be flexible around my working hours. First of all, they booked an appointment to quote the place for free within a matter of days, and following the deposit they actually messaged me to come in two days prior if it worked for me - which was ideal. They got all the work done, I left them the keys to my cafe and Brad even swung round the next day to drop them back off. The work? They brought life back into an oak floor that has decades of age on it. The finished product is absolutely amazing. I dealt with Brad who just cracked on, got the job done and dropped off my keys. I would highly recommend.
