Filip did an absolutely outstanding job!
Filip did an absolutely outstanding job refinishing our hardwood floors. His skill and expertise are clearly evident in the flawless finish. He communicated clearly about the process, worked efficiently, and was meticulous about keeping the workspace tidy. He also clearly cares about his work and is proud of the final product. And it shows!
Our floors look better than we could have imagined! We wholeheartedly recommend Filip - a true professional.

High quality and very good customer service
We paid Mr Sander to sand and polish some wood floors throughout our house, as well as fixed some broken and damaged floorboards.
Brad was excellent - the quality of the work he did was very good and he was happy to go the extra mile to rectify issues. He was very polite and responsive throughout.
All the floors he has done look brilliant and have really brought our house to life. Thank you.

The turn around was brilliant
The turn around was brilliant. Called late Tuesday and work was finished by Friday (1 room 22m2). Flooring came out better than expected.

Tom and his team were amazing
Tom and his team were amazing from start to finish. When getting quotes. Unlike everyone else who scratched and shook their heads, told me the skirting would be scratched up and white paint would be left in areas on the floors. Tom assured me none of this would be the case with them.
My oak floors throughout look stunning now. Better than ever ( I had painted them white 🙈). They were able to start the next day from quoting and be finished in 3 days.
All the team are lovely and Tom was outstanding in his service and work.
My local builder was extremely impressed with their standard of work too and will be contacting them for his big jobs in the area.
Thrilled is an understatement. Look no further. These guys really know what they are doing and are very professional. I am over the moon.

Lubo Pavloff was fantastic. We were under a lot of time pressure to get this project done and he was very accommodating. He offered friendly helpful advice on ways we can get the best out of our floorboards and we couldn't be happier with the results, they look brand new. Couldn't recommend him enough!!!

Sanding Victorian Terrace
Brad and his team at Mr Sander recently completed works sanding our three story Victorian terrace house in East London including the staircase. We had a fantastic experience, Brad and his team were really communicative and helpful throughout the whole process (even starting the job earlier than originally booked when availability came up). We are so pleased with the results, our tired old floor boards have been transformed. Would highly recommend!

Ignores customers
We have tried several times in the last week using the online “request quote” and “request home visit” as well as the phone number. Had zero response from any means of contact. Absolutely terrible. How any companies that act like this are still in business is just mind- boggling. Pointless
Update after their response: we had zero communication from this company via any medium to either myself or my husband, not even in spam email so what they say is totally untrue.

Let’s set the record straight: your enquiry landed at 2:15 AM a few days ago—hardly peak hours for most, and a quirky time to expect an instant reply! That said, we didn’t leave it hanging. We specialise in sanding and restoration, not general creak fixes, but we still went above and beyond—sending you articles, videos, and advice to tackle that banging and creaking yourselves. We’re a private company, not a 24/7 helpline, and we hand-pick projects that align with our expertise. Yours didn’t quite fit, but we tried to help regardless.

Amazing result, we never expected our floors to look so good!
We were very happy with Mr Sander and would definitely recommend the company to others. Ivo was absolutely incredible! We had some deep rooted stains and Ivo did a great job on minimising them, the floors look brand new, so impressed. Ivo was brilliant from start to finish, worked tirelessly and kept us informed of choices on finishes, pros and cons, and recommendations to continue keeping it looking new. Bradley Carr and his team were the perfect choice for us to treat our lounge floor. Highly knowledgeable with great advice to help achieve the result that we wanted. Our floor was sanded and a matt varnish applied to a very high standard. Brad and his team, Charlotte, Marko and Stef, were very professional, efficient and respectful. The job was done quickly with no mess and nothing to tidy up afterwards. We are extremely happy with the final result and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these guys. Thank you very much!

Danny was great
Danny was great. He was honest, trustworthy, reliable, kept to his word, and came when he said he would. He did not over promise, and delivered a result I was really happy with.
He covered all my belongings with dust sheets, and mess was kept to a minimum. I couldn’t believe it when he said he’d be able to do the floors in one day, but he did! And he & his colleague did a great job.
He consulted on the colour / finish and kept checking in with me through the day to make sure I was happy with the result. He had good / honest advice and was realistic and honest about challenges / imperfections.
I rarely have good feedback to give about tradesmen, but I really feel Danny deserves it.

I'm so happy with the result, the wooden floor in my new flat had quite a lot of damage, wear and tear etc. and it looks like new now! Davey was also very flexible around my schedule and was able to start the job very quickly. Amazing experience with prices lower than I've been quoted by other companies.

Ismael, Vitor, and Waclav from Mr Sander did an incredible job revitalising my reclaimed oak parquet floor. It was a difficult job, but they approached it well and offered great advice on products (varnishes, seals, etc..) without up selling. Highly recommended.
