It's free.
It's not very often these days for something to be free. It's a great help for those of us who can't afford a monthly subscription to all the other credit score companies.

Many thanks for your feedback and apologies our product didn't meet your expectations. To confirm, there are three credit reference agencies in the United Kingdom: Experian, Equifax and Callcredit. Each of these agencies has a different credit score scale, therefore your credit score could be interpreted differently. MyCreditMonitor uses Callcredit where the top score is 700, where as Experian's top score is 999. If you wish to discuss further please contact our Customer Service team on 0344 381 4163.

No option to cancel subsription
I can't speak so I don't want to have to call to delete my account and cancel my subscription.
They rely on people forgetting/giving up on the cancellation procedure on this service.

Credit scoring
I am very disappointed that my credit scoring is lower than any other credit reference agency that i have used, i.e., Experien, Callcredit. Have recently joined mycreditmonitor and now want to cancel my membership with them. They took £14.99 30 days.

There are 3 Credit Bureaus in the UK - Callcredit, Experian and Equifax and a customer's credit score will vary depending on which credit bureau they use.

Help to improve score
After seeing my credit score was classed as 'very poor', I telephoned and was put through to a human! Who went through my credit history, advising me on what to do to sort out some discrepancies that I had, within the week it improved by 30 points and I am just now waiting to get another query sorted, to hopefully get my credit score to at least 'fair'.

Actually, the review is a complete load of rubbish! All the debts you have down have all been paid off for quite sometime. Your system obviously doesn't keep records up to date!

If your debts are more than 6 years old I recommend you contact our Customer Service team on 0344 381 4163, they can assist you in removing the debt from your credit report.
