Issues with returns and refunds
I am not able to generate return and had to contact customer service again - which I have to do with all my returns and refunds - with the competition and high standard services with other eshops, it is questionable if I continue shopping with you. You really need to step up and improve your customer services and return policy!

Customer care and restocking
I like the brand and they have nice products, but what I don’t understand is their approach to customers and restocking. Many people take advantage of discounts to buy large quantities and resell them… so if I want a specific product in a certain size, for example a set, by the time I find out when it will be restocked, all the standard sizes are already gone. Not to mention that getting a response from the company is really a long process.

Love the variety, but stock is a problem
Love the products and how many fits you offer, and the gifts and promotions. The only problem is always the stock, I hardly find things in my size & I don't like rushing myself into purchase just because a new collection dropped.
