Terrible service/communication
Terrible service/communication. They did not pass on important information a number of times. Even the instructor had no idea that the course had been booked which resulted in everything being postponed! Very difficult to access account or find out any information when needed. Tried to add extortionate VAT onto the price AFTER the deposit was paid. The list goes on...DO NOT RECCOMEND.

Hi there,
I note instructors voluntarily claim courses; we don't hand these out without confirming an instructor can commit to this. Your course was manually claimed by your instructor, meaning they had access to all relevant details and could at any point have contacted you to clarify anything they were unsure.
The portal is able to be accessed using your Course ID, which you were provided with 24 hours after booking.
In terms of VAT, I'm unsure what you mean by trying to add this on. Have you been sent an invoice? Please kindly email us on office@nationalintensive.com.
Emailing with Emma
I've been having a few questions, and issues the booking, and timings and it clashing with my personal life,etc; each time I emailed, I was promptly replied to by Emma, who was so patient and refreshingly nice to communicate with. She kept me apprised of any updates and answered the hundreds of questions I had for her, and looked into any queries she couldn't answer off the top of her head. I'm so glad to have been communicating with her, otherwise the entire situation would have been a thousand times more stressful.

Having called National intensive quite a few times to resolve an issue it was finally nice to eventually get a member of staff, Emma who has finally managed to resolve our issues. Driving lesson
The appointed instructor lacked communication via text and during the lesson he was more focused on his phone rather than guiding/explaining. During the lesson he was for some weird reason already agitated so he'd unwillingly take it on me, causing me to panic and lose focus while driving. Other than that the experience was good, and if appointed a good instructor, I'd recommend it to everyone!
