Great service and advice provided by Lauren. From initial contact, securing the finance agreement to delivery Lauren was on hand at every step.

This was my second lease car and I had to return my first which I’d never done before. I dealt with Kayleigh for the whole process and she was always very helpful.

Kayleigh was most professional and carefully explained everything to me as this was my first lease car.
I was thoroughly satisfied with the way it was all managed

So disappointed. I liaised with Kayleigh Waters on 5th December. She said if I order the car by 8th December, do the forms, provide license and submit I’ll get the car before Christmas. Lies!

I did that all, had approval on the same days and then applied for the finance, that got approved within 72 hours. I even paid my admin fee of £345 immediately. I wasted no time.

She then confirmed on 9th December that When she noticed the dealer had accepted the order for a later due date, I amended the order to a different dealer who have access to the same batch of vehicles. The new vehicle allocated is due to arrive on site with them tomorrow. Great I thought.

On the 10th December they then said there was a cooling off period for 15 days which takes it to 25th December. There are now no deliveries between 25th December and 5th Jan. The car is with them, ready to go.

I asked to waiver off the 15 days and I’m ready to pay the deposit immediately.

Yes, the process says 2-4 weeks. But why rush me to purchase immediately on the 8th. There was no way it would reach me due to the planned 3 day approval and 15 day cooling off period.

As a result, I’m left without a car over the Christmas period and ruined all my plans. I gave up my current lease car when I could have kept it for 1 extra month. I gave up on a Tesla that I was about to order else where.

Victoria from the delivery team was so rude, she raised her voice and hung up on me.

Then came me trying to contact Kayleigh. After 7 calls she refused to call back.

Jason in Customer care, said he listened to the calls which I disagree with. He didn’t once claim that she said if I order in the 8th of December I would get it before Christmas.

Either they can’t calculate the days required or they did this to quickly get their fees.

My car is ready and sitting there for 3 weeks. What a waste.

No nice gesture offered. No apology. Not even an attempt to waiver in the condition that lay my deposit.

I’ll be copying this review and writing everywhere, until I feel the mistake is admitted. Then I’ll change my review also.

Sadly let down again by Nationwide. Was expecting my new car to be delivered this week, and now being told it will not be until the 5th January. Insurance has already been taken out for the new vehicle.

Unfortauntely this is the second time something like this has happened, the first time, the vehicle I had ordered suddently became unavailable.

Arranged lease over 3 years, at end of the lease the company had no interest whatsoever in my business. I called to ask what my options are and was told to look online with no help. Complained as clearly after new business only ( New sales incitives) and very look warm response admitting I was given the wrong advice but still no suggestions. Be careful, will look after you initially then show no interest in your custom.

I've just obtained my second least car through Nationwide Vehicle Contracts and have found all staff involved to be very efficient and professional. I can't fault their customer service and would highly recommend their company and services to others.

This was my first lease car as I'd recently retired and previously had company cars. The staff at Nationwide Vehicle Contracts, and Kayleigh Waters in particular, were extremely helpful and made the whole process very easy.

I had compared several prices and theirs were very competitive and once decided it was super efficient and easy to complete.

I will certainly look to use them again for my next lease.

Lauren Reynolds was very helpful in explaining how the lease process works, when I could expect my delivery, how things would go on the day and how the maintenance package works. Very knowledgeable and helpful.
