Dealing with Nationwide via Lauren Reynolds was a good overall customer experience. Lauren managed to sort out our request to swap our original lease order to another preferred car. The whole process was seamless and pleasant. We got our refund for the original cancelled order in a timely fashion. The car delivery was also well executed with the agent handing over the car in a good timely fashion and clean valeted condition, above our expectations. If there is one thing I would raise, it would be for Nationwide to provide a more comprehensive spec details for the vehicles as its somewhat difficult to go by the make and model seeing that there are lots of variance of trims and upgrades buyers should be aware. As the vehicle cannot be viewed or test driving before possession, this makes it more imperative for the buyer to appreciate what they are actually getting.

I have used lease cars through work for30 yrs and have used Nationwide in private leases for approx 10 yrs. They have always been very professional and helped me find some good deals. Lauren Reynolds has been especially helpful when my plans had to change very quickly due to a hospital admission. I would always use them for private leases as they are trustworthy and have better deals than most other companies.

Process was simple and moved quickly, from initial inquiry to delivery was around 3 weeks.

Been a previous customer and leased two vehicles with Nationwide previously. Have always found them very responsive, courteous and helpful to deal with. I would recommend,however I am dissappointed to learn that they no longer accept customers from N. Ireland - whether due to Brexit or other considerations - I don't know.

Be cautious over there "deals", twice we have tried to order and been told that it's all in hand only to find out that the "Dealer is out of stock", both times they do have the same car at a more expensive price.

I believe they just use the "deals" to try and hook you in and then bump the prices up.

We've used the company 3 times, first time all was well. The second time I fell for the scam thinking it was a legitimate scenario. Not falling for it again, will take my business elsewhere.

She answered email queries and questions speedily, and was equally as responsive by telephone. She supported us superbly whilst we were on holiday enabling us to organise our delivery date when we were abroad. I recommend highly!

This is my third vehicle leased through Nationwide. I can’t praise this lease car company enough for their outstanding customer service. The team was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable, making the entire leasing process easy and enjoyable. Second car that I have purchased from NW and my sons have also purchased/leased cars from the same source. I found them very effecient and helpful enabling me to secure my vehicle before Christmas

I accepted a quote on line and was excited to have found a car I wanted and in price range I felt was acceptable. You only have 14 days to pull out of the agreement. I paid the admin fee.
The process to then view the final quote and financial documents didn’t work and there was a delay of several days. When I could eventually view the final paperwork the actual cost was going to be much higher than the quote. I couldn’t accept the increase in cost as it was way above what I was originally told.
Although the actual cost was going to be higher and the delay in me seeing this document was down to a process breakdown by the company. They wouldn’t initially give me back the admin fee. It was only when I spent several hours outlining a history of events did they give me my money back.
Be careful you may not be given the price you where quoted at the start and then you are stuck with trying to sort the issue out.

Nationwide have once again taken excellent care of us, particularly Kayleigh Waters, who has been outstanding in arranging our latest lease. The service throughout was efficient and reassuring, and we will certainly return for our next vehicle in 2026.
