I’ve not received my paid for Neals Yard cream.

Always great products and prompt delivery.
Not sure how much longer I can afford them now the prices are so high. Can't get the Frankincense serum any more sadly

I just love Your Beauty Balm - it's the only thing I use on my face! People constantly tell me how great my skin looks- I'm 63 and I've been using this product about 10 years.

I have always found Neal's Yard extremely helpful. When Evri failed to deliver our order, we contacted Neal's Yard Remedies. We were assisted by Daisy Weir, who tried to follow the Evri tracking, and confirmed it was very disorganized. She was very understanding and immediately cancelled the delivery. She then proceeded to re-assign a replacement order through a different carrier, which arrived smoothly and quickly.

Delivered quickly,all products just as expected.Good quality, just right for Christmas presents.

I always shop at your shop because of the quality of the prduce for my feet.
I was a bit disappointed in the fact that Comfrey and Mellow has been discontinued.

All 3 staff were welcoming and Mike was very help and patient, explaining what was good to help me sleep.

Even solved a mystery why I was not sleeping properly, at night. I only ever sleep peacefully when I am on holiday. But at home until recently, I would have a hot milky drink made of dark cocoa with cinnamon, ginger and 1 capsule of magnesium. I didn't realise cacao and cocoa have some caffeine, enough to keep me wide awake.

On Mike's suggestion I stopped the cocoa drink and started drinking Dried Lime Flowers instead, using Mandarin essential oil. I very rarely drink coffee, sometimes when I go out, never at home. So that night was the first night I slept peacefully in a long time. The next night was good too. So much better than before the relaxing Neal's Yard remedies.

However, I did not find the Women's Balance Shower Oil helpful. I did not realise it was an oil and made the bottom of the bath rather slippery, luckily I have some grab rails. So I am using it as a hand wash for safety.

I love going to Neals Yard, everyone is so nice and the place smells gorgeous as you go in. The products are lovely and very potent.

Both my parents loved going for different treatments when they were available. Helped to make them live to a good age. Thank you to everyone for a delightful visit that was merely meant as a quick pop-in.😊💕

Visiting Neal's Yard in Gillingham is always a wonderful and calming experience. It's a spacious shop and always smells gorgeous. The staff are always super friendly and knowledgeable. I dropped in to buy some elderberry and echinacea tincture, my go-to for fighting a cold.

Fast efficient service. Great online shopping experience!

My order was received on time and the issue I had with one of the items being damaged was dealt with promptly and immediately replaced.
