trustworthy products
I bought essential oils. I trust the Neal's Yard products. I admit I do find the oils expensive but am ready to believe the price reflects the cost of production. the shops are attractive and the service always helpful.

We are delighted to hear that you trust our products and enjoy our welcoming shops and helpful service. We truly appreciate your understanding regarding the cost . We carefully source all of our essential oils for their quality and purity and this unfortunately has to be reflected in the cost.
Thank you for your support and understanding

The products I love
The products I love. The delivery was rubbish. 2 days after submitting yhe order Evri told me it was coming, 2 weeks later I was still waiting. I was more concerned thinking it was a scam.

Hello
Hello,
I have known company for over forty plus years. I love organic products plus purity of most of the things I buy and use. The staff are well trained and I live in Guildford the shop was one of the unqick place to visit. Now I have one in St Albans. Keep up the purity and friendliness, which is Nealyard beauty. 🌹

The hand lotions smell lovely
The hand lotions smell lovely. But they are gifts. So not tried. The Rose conditioner is quite heavy on fine hair. I tried a smaller amount, but that left it feeling dry. So I wouldn’t consider for fine hair.

We are sorry to hear that the Rose conditioner did not work well for your fine hair. Finding the right balance for finer hair types can be tricky, and we really appreciate you sharing your experience with us.

Gorgeous bath foams!
Love the bath foams, and now have five different scent choices for my nightly bath. Was fed up with high street bath foams with all the chemicals, and wanted something a bit more natural. Even my husband, who has next to no sense of smell, noticed the lovely smell when he walked into the bathroom. Feels great on your skin, too. Am a convert.

Been a Neil's Yard fan for 35 years!
I love Neil's Yard! They opened when I was living in England in the 80s and have been a big fan of their products. It was so wonderful to see the shop thriving, the products still fantastic, and the Wellness Centre that is open. I hadn't been back in over 20 years (I live in the US). Brought back so many great memories and these products were the first ones that introduced me to aromatherapy and essential oils. I came home loaded with many supplies!
