Alaged 86 I am not adroit at ordering on line. Your Covent Garden shop was more than helpful in guiding me to correct telephone number. VANESSA was patient, courteous and very helpful in taking my order. Sadly goods did not arrive 'next day' as requested due to driver Mohammed not reading large notice informing vehicles to use the main gate not the side gate which is key access only to residents.

Wrong order sent and no contact.
I got sent rose geranium body scrub when I ordered rose hip face cream. Have left emails and messages. No contact yet. I’m sure it will all be sorted and a weekend was in the middle but still 4 working days and nothing.
