After struggling with standard walking canes that never quite felt right in terms of height, grip, or style, I decided it was time to invest in a custom option. I’m in Perth Western Australia but decided Neowalk had the perfect cane for me- all the way in the UK!! I had my OT help me select the correct height and most suitable handle shape, as I have dexterity issues. Selecting the correct height is crucial for posture and long-term comfort- so get help with measurements to suit you. The ordering process itself , was straightforward & pricing was transparent. I’m on NDIS and was able to submit my invoice as low cost assistive technology, with a copy of my bank statement to show the conversation rate from UK TO AUD $ & it was reimbursed to me no problem. While a custom cane is more expensive than a standard pharmacy option, it felt justified given the level of personalization and craftsmanship involved. I’m forever thankful to Neowalk for helping me stay safe at home and in the community.
When the cane arrived, it was securely packaged and beautifully presented. Delivery took 6 days to Perth! Incredible!

Easy to use website to work out the type and size of stick I needed. Love my pink glittery walking stick and it arrived really quickly. Thank you. I have a gold glittery one and always get loads of compliments on it, thy are worth paying for to make you feel good about yourself as well as being practical!

I chose the light up one, but didn't realise you have to take the stopper off to turn it on, had I known I wouldn't have bothered, also there was no assembly instructions, what is the metal washer for and the coloured plastic counters?

I was so excited to receive my very first Neo walking stick to assist during my MS flares. Unfortunately, mine came with a crack in it. The box was extremely beaten up when it came in so I believe it happened during shipping, but it’s still so disappointing. I’ll be ordering a new one when I have the extra money.

Item came quickly

I love my new light-up umbrella! I opted for the clear one and am finding it a joy to use. I like being able to see through it when I'm crossing roads instead of having to peer out under it. It also opens and closes really easily which is wonderful as my hand strength and dexterity is low. I'd definitely recommend it!

Cane is beautiful as expected! Another to add to my collection. Guys were great and hurried the delivery so that it could go on holiday with me. All received within just a few days of placing the order, even faster than was promised when I reached out. Cannot ask for more!

I am lucky enough to have a few walking sticks by Neowalk and I adore them all. Making the decision to use a mobility aid was really difficult and emotional. As I began looking for options, I felt discouraged as I wanted something that I felt good about using (sturdy and beautiful) and nothing seemed like the right fit for me (something I would regularly use and feel confident using). I accidentally found Noewalk on social media and I haven’t looked back. My walking sticks are beautiful and sturdy. Just received my order yesterday. It took about 11 days to get from its origination point to me in Florida. I couldn’t be happier. This is my first cane ever and I knew this was where I wanted to get it from. I ordered the Rubber Ducky with the Ice Cream rubber tip and the Ghost saver. I’m so happy.

I absolutely love my walking stick from Neo Walk. It makes me proud to have a walking stick rather than feel 'labeled' helpless disabled. I can express my personality rather than my disability and has allowed me to accept that I need to use a wallong stick.
I get lots of lovely compliments from people about the sticks and often opens a positive dialogue about Multiple Sclerosis which is great to educate people about as many do not understand it.
Delivery was fast, the light up stick is beautiful and helps my evening dog walks to be safer in the dark months.

This was my first order from Neo Walk. I ended up having a few small issues that the team was amazing about and helped me with. In total I ordered 5 sticks because it was the Black Friday sale and shipping to my country is extremely expensive. For some reason I was unable to check out all at once so I had to place a second order and the team was great about refunding the second shipping fee. Then after I got my sticks my torch would turn off after a few minutes even when fully charged. Today I received my replacement and without even charging it stayed on until I turned it off 30 minutes later so I’m confident it works.
