Great stick bad stopper
I love my recent purchase however the end cap (rubber stopper) keeps on coming off and I if it wasn’t for others telling me it would off been lost and I could off damaged the stick.
I did contact the CS team who were extremely apologetic and said that a replacement would be sent.
That was a while ago now (Friday 28th Nov) and I haven’t had any updates on it being sent.

Faultless from start to finish
The hardest part is choosing as all the sticks are fantastic. Delivery was fast and tracking was reliable. I love my new sticks (I couldn’t choose just one) and can’t wait to add to my collection!

Despite measuring carefully and following the guidelines my beautiful new walking stick came up a little short. No problem - Neo Walk sorted it free of charge.

I absolutely love my Neowalk sticks. I have 3 now & I get stopped every day by people admiring these sticks. Your ability aids don’t need to be boring & these certainly aren’t. I just need some business cards to hand out, as I get asked where I bought them so often 😂

Elegance with function
Not a day goes by that's someone comments on these beautiful canes.
My wife is diagnosed with MS so mobility is important. These canes don't only look good but are sturdy with an elegance to them.
Self-esteem is so important when you have a disability and these canes deliver it. She truly stands out. Especially when they're lit up.
Happy to say this is our 6th cane purchased
We never had any problems with ordering or shipping to the United States.

Not just a walking aid,a thing of beauty
I bought 2 as a gift to my daughter,she loves them just as much as her 1st one & now has them lit up.cant beleive how many compliments & conversations she she gets when out & about.
