Neptune - Bury St Edmunds Avis 

Always enjoy spending time at Neptune, who offer innovative and stylish home design. Just taken delivery of another large wall art which looks amazing in our home. Staff are always helpful and polite and the products are of the highest quality. We had Sean and Josh deliver to us today, friendly and efficient delivery staff doing a great job. We would strongly recommend Neptune

Laura was fantastic today. She is very knowledgeable and gave me some excellent advice about furniture we have already purchased. Since getting home, I have taken her advice. Laura spent quality time with us and this was very much appreciated. The Bury St Edmund’s store is absolutely beautiful and I always enjoy visiting . Thank you Laura.

I met Lucy today and did she know her stuff!! Redesigning a room can be an expensive undertaking. Uppermost in my mind was a fear of making a costly mistake (which you then have to live with). Scary!
Lucy encouraged me to be a little more adventurous in my choices. I could see immediately as the mood board developed that the choices would work. She was also patient - obvious choices to her but not so obvious to me as she talked through the scheme.

Just had some Neptune goodies delivered
Andre &Liam were very courteous of our property especially as it was raining hard and therefore the grounds were very wet
Shoes were removed and gloves went on
The whole Neptune experience from ordering to the delivery was perfect once again

Fiona has been just so wonderful . She has listened to what I would like and has made that come a reality. I am so excited that I am finally getting my dream kitchen. Her attention to detail and careful planning is exemplary.

We had a design consultation with Lucy and it was fantastic. She was so helpful and really went out of her way to understand our taste and style. She generated a brilliant mood board based on the ideas, and has also been very helpful throughout the order of our new Walton bed.

It was the first time I had visited the shop and was very impressed. The layout was such that you could wander around at ease. The staff were very helpful too. I will certainly be re-visiting.

We were made to feel like valued customers by the lovely lady who took us under her wing and spent a lot of time explaining things about the upholstered chair we were interested in buying. She was friendly & knowledgeable so this instilled confidence in us and made the difference between us ‘just looking’ & actually signing on the dotted line & parting with over £1,000 for a chair which we’re really happy with.

I visited the Neptune Show room and had a fantastic first consultation with Fiona Page. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She gave me lots of design ideas to take away. Unlike most kitchen companies there was absolutely no sales push. I am really impressed with the Neptune craftsmanship and looking forward to the next stage of the process and with Fiona.

This will be my second Neptune kitchen, and my experience this time was much improved. Fiona was great to deal with; professional and creative; and always keeping an eye on my budget! I’m so pleased we went to Neptune's for our kitchen. We bought an ex-display from the showroom. I want to say the conversations that we had about the kitchen from the start was professional and Lucy Engwell evidenced her knowledge and expertise. She told us everything about the materials, how to care for the kitchen and importantly shared the process and pitfalls of buying a display kitchen. For example, the need for accurate measurements, time scales and issues that we may encounter while at the same time offering reassurance. Although we encountered a few difficulties, Lucy was instrumental in facilitating the resolution and sorted our problem promptly. Again we felt very confident dealing with Lucy and her colleagues at Neptune’s. We cannot fault any of the communication which was very positive, reassuring and which left us feeling very confident that the matters would resolved. We were really pleased with the customer care and we would recommend from Neptune.

I had a fantastic experience at Neptune recently and wanted to leave a note of thanks, especially for the brilliant help I received from Lucy. I popped in looking for inspiration, as we’ve recently had new bookcases fitted and I was trying to work out how to choose armchairs and a sofa to suit our living room. Lucy was absolutely excellent from the moment we started talking. She guided me through various options, helping me look at different chairs and fabrics, and I ended up making a couple of small purchases there and then.

Lucy also introduced me to their complimentary design service, which I hadn’t known about. I was genuinely surprised that something so comprehensive was offered for free. We booked in and it turned out to be one of the most helpful things we’ve done for our home. Lucy came up with a full room design based on our measurements and preferences, and she included things I never would have thought of myself. Her creative ideas, warmth and professionalism really stood out. My husband and I were both genuinely impressed, and we’re now planning to go ahead with most of her suggestions.

Lucy is a real asset to the store and made what could have been a stressful or overwhelming process into something enjoyable and exciting. Highly recommended.
