Neptune - Southport Avis 

My favourite place to visit. Staff are very great and when I've asked for advice they've been very helpful. When I've ordered items they've arrived promptly.

Amazing as always. Beautiful quality furniture and super helpful staff

Delivery arrangements were haphazard Order Arrived separately 2 weeks apart and had bad crush marks which are still present 4 weeks on. Quality of upholstery work not as good as I would expect for price of over £4500 for 1 small settee and 6 dining chairs. Wavy seams and inconsistent folds. Had I realised these were made in China and not uk or Europe I probably would not have ordered here. I’ve had better quality and delivery from cheaper uk suppliers. Neptune presents itself as a uk based company and isn’t explicit in its use of Chinese manufacture.

The staff at the Mere Brow, Southport branch were very friendly and helpful. We had two furniture deliveries and on each occasion the delivery men were polite, organised and respectful. We love our dining chairs and also the large dresser! They have been much admired and we are very proud of them.

Gorgeous products, I'd buy just about everything in the shop if I could afford to do so.

Don't hesitate purchasing from Neptune at Southport, everything was a joy from the design process to installation by Rob . My kitchen and utility are stunning with so many design features which make them a joy to use and a sight to behold.

Fabulous service from start to finish . You feel like you can trust them to deliver quality and timescales . And they did . The fitting service is second to none .

One of the strangest stores I've ever been in! It's like being in someone's house but it's SO nice! Very friendly staff and could quite easily spend a fortune in there!

Purchased small and medium storage jars with lids for tea, coffee and sugar - look great on counter top. Good quality, very pleased with the items.

The table and chairs are high quality and look wonderful. I was disappointed that it took 14 weeks from ordering to delivery. Because of the weight of the table, it is a 2 person task to insert/remove the central sections. Also, unlike my other Neptune table, there doesn’t seem to be an under table area for storage of the spare sections.

Helpful staff and a lovely show house setting make browsing and shopping a real pleasure. Neptune products are beautifully displayed and the quality of the goods is unmistakable. I love going there.
