NewBuildInspections provided an excellent service, from getting us the first available appointment, to the actual survey with Jason providing us some useful advice on our future plans for the property, right the way through to the report generation which had a tight turn around time. NewBuildInspections were able to get us the report in time for our handover meeting with the developers.

The one thing is that they are not the cheapest, but they are not the most expensive and are in line with a lot of their competitors, so its not enough to affect their score in my eyes.

Professional company that delivered an excellent service. Their expert surveyor identified defects and inconsistencies in finish that I would never had noticed. Quick turnaround of the snagging report. After spending hundreds of thousands of pounds on a property, spending hundreds of pounds on a snagging survey is 100% Value For Money as it gave me such peace of mind!

Mark provided the inspection and was very thorough, he provided us an overview of what to expect, answered all our questions and found many snags that we definitely would not have had a clue to look for. David and the team were so friendly, professional, thorough and accommodating. I was worried we’d be in for a world of “why are you buying a new build, this place is falling down” but his critique was framed in a positive way 😂 in all seriousness, the thoroughness of his work was invaluable and a service that too many people think they can do themselves then get burnt! I can vouch for the fact that their report was immense and extensive and took our minds off the worry that we might miss something. 2.5 hours in a 2 x bed flat is no joke - they’re experience in new builds is a game changer for many first time buyers, and bringing this team in will reassure you that you definitely can’t do what they do, by yourself! I highly recommend them. Worth every penny (and then some, considering the amount they save you in snags!)

The surveyor Jason did a very comprehensive report. He was very efficient and careful. He phoned us before sending his written report so that he could discuss his findings in depth. Some of the snags we had already seen, but most we had not noticed. I would certainly recommend Newbuild and will use them again.

As a Doctor empathy is something that is crucial to ones practice, being completely naive around buying my first home being bullied practically by Estate Agents - along came Lorraine from New Build Inspections. My mind obviously is elsewhere during this pandemic we have all lost so much, I felt completely let down by the sellers, bullied into decisions without making informed decisions as I was always given limited information and being led to believe they are acting in my best interests - I was wrong & the red lights started going off. Lorraine was a breath of fresh air, she has single handedly given me a massive confidence boost, helpful tips and streamlined what needs to get done. An empathic lady who was there to help someone and not just think business first. Superb!

I contacted New Build Inspections just before I moved into my new property, their freindly and helpful staff talked me through the process and booked me a convenient appointment.
Martyn who carried out the inspection was professional and with a wealth of experience reassured me that spending money on an inspection would be worth it! Martyn has also answered some ad hoc questions I forgot to ask on the day.
My report was produced quickly and the team were happy to make suggested amends.
Overall a very professional, efficient and invaluable service, would highly reccomend.

I booked in for a snagging survey a couple of days after moving into my new house and it was a painless process. Martyn provided a detailed report within a couple of days as he knew I had my 7 day visit coming up with the builder - great customer care! Luckily, there was nothing major unearthed and my builder started on the list the next day but it's definitely something I would recommend. It's a small price to pay compared to the investment you make in a house.

Karen was so friendly when answered the phone with the mad panic of completing with a new build within 10 days – she was calm, collective, and allocated Andy to the project.

Andy was a very experienced snagger who looked into a lot of detail across my property and pointed out major flaws that my new build sorted. I am so happy with the service you get, and the response in e-mails and aftercare (to me it's like one big family that really wants to look after you!).

I'd fully recommend them to anyone and would say to get them in!

I have had a great experience with New Build inspections. Immediate response to offer advice on my building issue, although probably an inspection is not my best option. I found it very refreshing, after dealing with the scoundrels involved in my house,that there are people in the industry who are very professional and have a good dose of common sense. Our builder said that he would have spotted most of the issues raised as part of final inspection (but great to have a summary of minor issues so that we could agree actions). We would not have even noticed many of them!
