Great what the product can do however…
Great what the product can do however the measurements inside the flask are wrong 5oz fills 6oz in my MAM bottles, the temperature is basically cold by the time my baby gets through 1 oz it will be cold. I use aptamil anti reflux milk and the formula is very runny and usually when use just kettle the formula is very thick which is how its supposed to be. Shame really amazing idea if they just fixed those issues would be great. Great insulator flask though x

Thank you for leaving us a review. As with all manufactured products, the RapidCool graduation guide has an allowed tolerance of +/- 5%. Additionally, there are potential tolerances in the measurement graduations of baby feeding bottles.It’s therefore possible that the combination of flask and bottle tolerances, along with user measuring technique, could mean flask and bottle measurements may appear inaccurate.

Fast delivery. However the item was left in my front garden (couriers issue not Nuby) I contacted them the next day and Marie resolved my issue instantly. Definitely recommend ☺️

Broken Rapid Cooler
Broken Rapid Cooler broken after 6 month of used. Didn’t get to use it for my first child due to a baby Breavement brought for them. So my receipt expired even though it was in used to October 2025 with my rainbow baby and quite disappointing by the service. Everyone seem to getting replacement must be that bad batch of rapid cool.

Nuby UV Steriliser
We purchased the UV Steriliser as recommended by a friend. I always thought Nuby was a good reliable brand so was willing to pay that bit extra. I breastfed my baby for the first 5 months so the steriliser wasn't being used that much for the first 5 months, we started using more often once he went onto bottles. My son turned 1 on 23rd December and by mid December the steriliser stopped working. I have checked fuse, tried different sockets etc but it just completely stopped working. I emailed Nuby to advise them of this and because I no longer had the receipt they did not care about my issue. And told me they only have 12 month warranty. I expected a lot more from Nuby, the item was not cheap. I am expecting another child on 4th April and will have to purchase another steriliser. Certainly will not be wasting my money on another one of these

We bought a Nuby Ball Spiral Toy from Aldi, and when we got home we discovered the base was missing. I reached out to Nuby Enquiries and after sending them a copy of the receipt, they sent out a base to us. Our son loves the toy and we are very grateful to Nuby for completing it for him.

Feeding revolution!
The Nuby products have made feeding time so quick and easy. I started with the RapidCool and couldn’t resist adding the rapid hot and rapid steriliser to my collection for extra convenience. I had an issue with the lead of my Nuby…
I had an issue with the lead of my Nuby swing chair, I got in touch with Nuby to inquire what lead I required as a replacement as I was happy to purchase the lead either through Nuby or Amazon. Nuby got back in touch really quickly and advised if I had had the swing chair less than 12 months it would be under warranty. This was the case for me, and so they have sent out the lead free of charge. A very pleasant experience with Nuby, very efficient and Marie who I was dealing with was very friendly and professional.
