Best customer service from Marie Kearvell
Cannot thank Marie Kearvell enough for all her help and guidance she has given me over the last few months with a problem we had with one of the Nuby products. Her service was second to none and Nuby as a company should be very proud and thankful for her brilliant customer service she made the whole process run so smoothly and was so patient with me when the tech side of the communication threw me a bit . (The first time was in June and today was when it happened again)

Great customer interaction
Great, efficient customer service. Nice to interact with a company who still, obviously, value customer service, promptly delivered. I mislaid a seal for the Nuby Rapidcool and emailed outside of business hours on Friday evening. First thing Monday morning I got a response advising that a new seal would be on its way to me that day.
Over the last few weeks I have had to contact a couple of big organisations with queries and have been disappointed with the level of customer service (just trying to get a response to a message is impossible) but Nuby have restored my confidence that some organisation still value their customers - well done Nuby!

Exceptional after-sales service, top product
Had a fault with our RapidSterilise, contacted the help team and Marie sorted it out so quickly - within 24 hours we had a replacement at our door. Superb service, extremely happy, and will always recommend Nuby products to any new parents! Top products, exceptional after-sales service.

Excellent customer service
Had an issue with the rapid cool we bought back in February from boots. It wasn’t working as effectively. Emailed customer service team and had a reply back within 12 hours. I was given instructions on a test to do and to reply back to them. I replied late on Thursday and by Tuesday I had a new rapid cool arrive! Excellent customer service! Thank you to Neil Armstrong, customer services supervisor, for sorting this out so quickly!

Nuby Customer Service
I contacted Nuby on Monday via email regarding the error code on my Nuby Hot as it was no longer working. They got back to me very quick, the next day and they sent out a brand new replacement and I have received it today (Wednesday).
As a first time mummy to a 5 month old, who’s hunger is everything.. I’m glad to have my Rapid Hot back as it saves SOOO much time, especially when using the rapid cool along with it.
Thank you Nuby! You have saved my sanity 😁

I had an issue with my rapid cool…
I had an issue with my rapid cool steriliser, we use this every time we make a bottle so it’s an essential in our day to day lives. It stopped working so I contacted nuby and they helped me with my issue and replaced it for me.
Ashley Pace was the person who helped me and she was amazing,very quick to respond and so polite.

3 minute steriliser
Purchased the 3 minute steriliser, which is a fabulous product - no steam or hot water going everywhere! Unfortunately it did develop a fault and the 'on' button stopped working. However, I dropped them an email - they asked me for some photos and a video of the problem, which I duly sent. They responded extremely quickly and have replaced the unit. Cannot fault the customer service.

Effortless Replacement of Faulty Part
I requested a replacement part for a product and this was replaced immediately with minimal effort from me.
I offered to pay for these parts but they were sent for free as the product was still under warranty
