I tried really hard to sign up with a competitor at first, that ends with xxxx.ms

But they were so complicated, rude and asked for lot of information.

UPDATED: on 23 October 2025, I "jumped the gun" and PINNED-OUT and STARTED THE PARKING PROCESS TOO EARLY. MY screw-up. JUSTIN, their AGENT: TO THE RESCUE. He was able to defer our Number Parking until the Day we leave America for the EU for nearly 6 months. THESE ARE THE PEOPLE TO TRUST. Well done, Number Barn and NO, I am not a paid shill. Just ported my 2nd line! REALLY FAST, REALLY HELPFUL!!
I accidentally purchased a number that was from Canada and couldn't be ported and they INSTANTLY offered me a refund so that I could buy another number!!
Really GREAT and ABSURD variety of number

Bought a business Number. Set up number on ATT. Now it identifies as "Spam Risk" Contacted company 3 times, no response. Scam. Don't waste your money

They closed my account without any prior notice
Also my email has been banned. There is no other way to contact them! only email!
Fortunately I don't have any active service with them but it seems like a high risk company to work with.

I had suspension of service, which was essential for our operations. We were assisted, and after a few days (just 20 days -too many for our judgment), the problem was resolved.

I needed some help because my original provider was giving me incorrect information. I was worried that because there’s not a phone number I would have a problem, but they replied so quick to my emails and once I gave him a number Yvette called me she made everything seamless even took it from park into active and everything went smoothly. Very happy and grateful and very surprised they were so good without having a customer service number

I moved 5 years ago and couldn’t take my landline number with me. I wanted to save it incase someone needed to contact me and didn’t have my cell number. NumberBarn was a great option. Very reasonable monthly charge. Any call you receive, they forward the info to you. I recently cancelled my account as I do t feel a need for it any longer. Good company to work with great support team.

I used number barn to park a vanity number for about a year. Had absolutely no issues and used some of the forwarding while parked features that also worked perfectly. Will definitely use NumberBarn again when the need arises.
