Fabulous Customer Service
The customer service from office monster was fabulous.
Mia was great at keeping me updated after I called to query my delivery date, and she checked in with me again after delivery to make sure I was happy.
The desk itself is exactly what I need and was very easy to assemble.
The only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating is that delivery took longer than set out on the website, but I would 100% order from Office Monster again.

Great customer service
Furniture arrived quickly. There were some challenging logistical issues with a couple of items, but the customer service I received (Mia) was absolutely fantastic - always happy to help, and kept checking in to make sure I was happy once the issues were resolved. Thank you!

Stay away for this non-name company with £42 return policy for a Office chair
Stay away for this non-name company. I purchased a 24h use office chair and is not fit for purpose, the back is not high enough to stay on longer hours. Upon request a refund I was told I need to pay £42 (incl. VAT) (what???) to return it with the original box and dissembled. On their website is stated that the customer is charged for return but not the amount. You can find this 24h use type chair on many other websites with normal return policy and not a rip off company. Just type on your browser this "office chair 24h use" and you will see is on the bigger and trusted retailers as well such as Screwfix, The Range, Ryman.
*Update 06.08.2025:
After several emails with Customer Service and Customers Service with their Manufacturer they still wanted me to pay for the return of the chair of £42 incl. VAT (although “The Consumer Rights Act 2015 makes it an implied term of the contract that goods be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose”; -- we can agree to disagree for 50 years, however in my case this was not fit for purpose).
After this review the Owner of the Company contact me and said that after they review the return Company policy decided to change it in the future and make the return non-chargeable if is the same situation like mine. And then offered me a non-chargeable return if I still want to go ahead with returning this Office 24h use chair.

Ordering was easy, customer service was exceptional
Ordering was easy, however the only negative thing I'd say is that I only found out the colour I'd chosen was out of stock after I'd ordered and paid. That said, customer service were extremely helpful. Big shout out to Laura Boydon who has been so efficient in following up on various things, without prompt. She helped amend the colour so that I could receive my items on the date I really needed them by. She proactively reached out to confirm items had arrived ok and when I said I'd not be able to unpack them until the following day, she diarised another follow up to ensure all items were in good order. Excellent customer service and I'd definitely order from them again if this is their standard service.

Great customer service
I have ordered several items all of which have turned up as expected and been good value.
Today, I had to change the order and the lady I spoke to on the phone managed to make some last minute changes. The lady I spoke with chased the shipping department and made some last minute changes and still got my order out on time.
