This is my Third order i did have problem with my second order with delivery and with the one of the product but all was sort it out by costumer service .I am really happy with Onesociety product ,I recomend it for anyone trust me you wouldn’t find better product .Thank you

Great product, even better service!

Ordered Matte Rock, which was delayed due to the batch not being ready. I received an email confirming this, with not certain ETA. A few days later, I questioned when the product will be arriving and instead of a generic email template, I received a phone call to update me.

I cannot fault the effort to provide a great customer service & keep customers informed.

This was my first time buying from OneSociety and they were brilliant. I had questions about the delivery due to royal mail problems and they answered my queries through Instagram messages within 30 mins. Got my Beard Butter a few working days later and the product is amazing! Couldn't give more praise!

I have recently bought the beard shampoo, oil, balm and butter. They are all fantastic with a really really nice bay rum scent, the scent has lasted on me all day. Best beard product I’ve ever bought so my loyalty is only with Onesociety now.

Despite saying in stock and fast shipping it isn't. Had to threaten a chargeback as they did not respond to emails.

Beard balm main ingredient is petroleum so its like running Vaseline into your beard. Scent in oil doesn't last and the beard shampoo was a strange shiny gloop that regardless of how much I put in wouldn't lather.

Great products made from good ingredients and they don't cost the earth ,makes a nice change ;-)

The products are excellent. Great quality and aromas. They really do the job intended. My beards never been so good!

The beard shampoo I ordered was not beard shampoo. I don’t know what it was but it doesn’t smell the same as the last time I ordered when I actually received beard shampoo and it doesn’t have the consistency of beard shampoo, nor does it even lather up. Very disappointed.

I’ve already written a review previously but feel the customer service has been so poor I must share my experience.
The customer service has been awful with a total lack of communication.

I initially purchased the bundle prior to the 20th March. I then had no communication from them stating that one of the products was out of stock which caused a delay in sending it, I had to chase one society up via email to be then told this.

I was then promised a replacement to be sent however still didn’t receive it. It has now been over 4 weeks. This is truly shocking.

I still didn't receive no communication from yourselves so therefore requested to cancel the order on the 6th April.

Yet again, almost 2 weeks later I still have not had a response.

This is terrible customer service and I would like stay clear of this company. It’s honestly not worth the fuss. But elsewhere

Took just under a month to arrive, poor communication - items missing - real poor show as the products are superb…

2 weeks since purchase, product not even dispatched.

This beard oil and beard butter is fantastic, its make my beard feel alive, it’s softer, healthier and has a nice shine. The beard butter is a part of my night routine it keeps the beard, nice and moist and nourished throughout the night. I Can definitely feel the difference from other brands. I have already recommended this to my friends and family, and I highly recommend it to anyone who reads this. 5***** 😉
