Reason bein I've ordered from u guys alot for family members as well as my self. 2 of my brother inlaws get from u as well now and a brother bc ive got thrn for presents bdays and Xmas. I received mine and there is barely any seant to them at all thry don't really smell of anymore apart from wax

Products good, service poor
Items 4 weeks late with poor customer service.
However once products arrived they are of very good quality.
Only after leaving a very poor review did they get back to me and resend the items, as royal mail had clearly misplaced the delivery.
Heed this tale...

I'm sorry your parcel has not arrived yet, we can confirm your parcel left us the day after you ordered with us, and the tracking is reading that it is with royal mail, they have had big delays due to strike action and are still catching up with the mountain of parcels they built up over the strike periods.

One Society, all your beard care needs
When I first started my beard journey 2 years ago I found and started using oils, balms and butters from One Society. Their products are amazing, perfect consistency and texture, scents are gorgeous and overall feels great for your beard and skin. After long term I started using other brands as I’m a believer in mixing things up now and again but recently I placed another order of oils and butters from One Society. It was nice to have that old excitement when you get home and there’s a package from them. Packaging is great, speedy delivery and as above the products are amazing. If you haven’t tried them I urge anyone in the beard world to give them a look. Hit ‘em up, Onesociety!

My partner had wanted a great grooming kit for his beard for a while, i decided to buy this one and also the hand cream as he suffers with dry hands.
He loves them, got a mixture of products like the beard shampoos, oils and butter.

What a great company friendly and great products. Had issues via royal mail and they went above and beyond to get the product to me and it's the aloe Vera moisturiser not only used for my beard but my bald head lol . Thanks again.

I didn’t get what I ordered fragrance…
I didn’t get what I ordered fragrance wise Iv tried to contact them through email but no reply which is a-shame as I like to resolve any problems before reviewing but sadly I just not order from them again this review is based on the fact they didn’t contact me back although I haven’t used the product as I don’t like the fragrance. This issue got resolved and I received the goods I originally wanted the product seem to be good value for the money
