As regards to the emails I try to spend time with the family on Saturday evenings and Sunday.
But I have seen the email regarding the missing bay rum beard balm and did reply before I left the office Saturday afternoon saying we will get it sent out Monday for you, I will make Sure we get the bay rum beard balm and also a replacement beard shampoo bay rum out for you.
I Sincerely apologies personally for this mistake, we do try our very best as a small family run brand to deliver the best service for our customers, but very rarely mistakes do happen
I hope you can understand, and will not let this tante your trust with our company

Thank you for getting in contact, as you know royal mail and many other unions within the UK have been striking, and thus has really slowed down delivery times for small companies like us. I am sorry for the delay, royal mail and ourselves are doing everything we can to get everybody's parcels to them in time for the holiday :)

Amazing products even if your beard is…
Amazing products even if your beard is thick and corse like mine. The oil and balm will leave it soft. The oil smells amazing and is a good weight. Runs though the beard nicely plus leave a nice shine. The balm is nice and thick and hold the beard well while still leaving it soft and too move.
I thought there were jusy going too be another crapy beard care company. I'm so glad I was worng. Big thanks to eve too packing my order and replying to my comments on Facebook aswell.

I am so sorry Gillian, it has been a bit of a nightmare, we have had royal mail strikes, which have meant all orders are being delayed getting to the customer, but it should have been with you by now, as it looks like it has been lost by royal mail, we will send a replacement out today for you 1st class again :)

Product is apparently well liked by my recipient. I paid extra for express delivery but it still took 6 days. I was not clear of express delivery terms so maybe my mistake.
I bought a bundle but would have been nice to bundle 'different scents' for a slightly reduced cost as well.

Regards to the delivery, we do send all parcels out tracked and when paid for express we send out as 24h. But at the moment due to royal mail strikes things are set back a little bit with each parcel due to the overload royal mail have due to the strikes.
I hope this clears things up for you a little better :)

I understand small businesses can be difficult but this is easy to address and most people I guess wouldn't mind. Once received products I was surprised to find all together in plastic wrap in a jiffy bag ( is this plastic recycled? ) personally didn't think it was needed. As for products so far so good will be post again once all used and be able to give a genuine honest review.

Good to hear you are enjoying the products.
Regarding the shrink wrap, we have to do this due to the oil potentially leaking and causing damage within the royal mail system.
Can Individuals Recycle Shrink Wrap in the UK? Plastic shrink wrap film made from low-density polyethylene (LDPE), typically marked with a recycling number four on the product, can be easily recycled.

Hemp Cream
I’ve tried a few of their products and I’m continually impressed. Currently I’m using the hemp moisturiser cream because I suffer from psoriasis so my hands get very dry in the winter, so I need a non oily moisturiser to top up on and it’s great for me!

I am so sorry Chris, it has been a bit of a nightmare, we have had royal mail strikes and an ingredient for your order of cedarwood and lime beard shampoo delayed by our supplier. But we did get your order out today :)
I am so sorry again, as a small company we do try our very best to keep everybody happy and get parcels out on time, but very rarely this isn't the case.
