This is despite repeated emails and promises by yourselves to arrange the refund. This is unacceptable and deplorable customer service!!!

Great products and really competitive prices. I ordered on a Friday but the order wasn't shipped until the following Wednesday. It's a shame my 2XU visor was squished inside the shoe box, it's now bent and doesn't sit on my head properly.

Great price for the product I bought
Great price for the product I bought - Vivobarefoot Primus Trail. Delivery took a long time but this was due to Australia Post being overwhelmed during Covid lockdown. Onsport had item in post the day after ordering.
