Excelleny service from start to finish. From EE, OpenReach all the way to M Group for installation we had wonderful service

The guy who came out was friendly

The guy who came out was friendly, explained what he was gping to do and tidied up when hed done. He also appologised as he had only been told at 12.50 he was coming to me (i know it was b4 1pm). He was in Blackppol and didnt get to me till 1.30. Having asked for an early call as zi was hoping to go out at 12. I also wasnt til that the job would be an hour. People seemed more interested in telling me he would only make 1 hple in my wall. Still its done now unless spmething better comes up in the future.

Not a great experience

Engineer wanted to put the router in the kitchen as the outside box was on the kitchen wall. Was very reluctant to put it where we asked him to and made up excuses as to why he couldn’t do as we asked. Eventually, he agreed to install it in the requested place. Felt as though it was too much trouble for him. He came in and out with his dirty work boots on, even though it had been raining outside. He also asked me to cut down a bush which was near the outside box to give him easier access. I struggled to do this as I am a pensioner with poor eyesight and other medical conditions. You could access the box and see it despite the bush being there. He wasn’t very customer friendly either. Seemed that he didn’t really want to do the job.

I understand how frustrating this must have been, particularly as you felt the engineer was reluctant to install the router in your preferred location and only agreed after initially resisting your request. I can also understand your disappointment that you felt excuses were being made rather than your requirements being considered. I’m especially sorry to hear that you felt unsupported when asked to cut back a bush yourself, despite your poor eyesight and other medical conditions. I can also understand your concerns regarding the engineer entering your home in muddy work boots and the lack of a customer-focused approach throughout the visit. This is not the level of service we aim to deliver. Please contact your service provider so they can raise your concerns with us on your behalf, allowing us to investigate the matter further and understand what happened. Please accept my sincere apologies for the inconvenience and frustration caused. ^Pratim

The company is doing well for improving my broadband but for me it was the young man who came to fit it all for me
(I forgot to ask his name)
Now I'm older I get anxious about people in my home but the young man was pleasant, through and explained things to me clearly
